Never had such a poor service from a hotel before

It was really awful. The service is so poor. There was no towel when we first came in to our room. So, I rang the front desk. But nobody was picking up the phone. When we got out of theroom, we met the housekeeping staff pushing a towel cart. I asked for towels to be placed in our room. He said we have to call front desk for towels because they cannot enter the room with nobody in. So, Itold them nobody was answering at the front desk. And I said it is okay to go in to our room since we did not leave any valuables inside our room. But when we got back to our room, so tired and it was already late and wanting to take a shower before calling it a night, I did not find the towels. So, we rang front desk. After a few minutes, thank God, somebody picked up. We ordered two towels. But the front desk said, there is a charge for towels. We said they did not provide any. Front desk said, they will send towels up. It was a good thing that towels were provide in the other room. So I borrowed one first. The towel never came up. I will never recommend this hotel.

It's not a good experience in this hotel

This is only my second time to book in oxford and as a comparison 4 years ago, it was very bad for my money, it's not worth it. We're already in the hotel at 12:30pm, the front desk told us to wait for 2pm, but as we were waiting, there are many customer that was already going to their room as they check-in, so why did they keep us waiting? One lady in the front desk was not accommodating. I booked for 2 rooms, and they give us a room which is in bad condition, tv without cable, no ref., curtain that cannot open, dusty drinking glass with spiders web, toilet that cannot flush. and the free breakfast buffet...only a fried milkfish and a vegetable, a tasty bread and butter, i have additional companion that i paid extra for the food which is worth 350pesos, and its not worth it. the comfort room near the lobby, disgusting! the swimming pool...bad maintenance. very bad experience.

tip to travellers?...get other hotel, your wasting your money in this hotel.
