Poor location - located on a side street- not safe

Extremely poor experience..., front desk requested to hold on to our passports - what for - for incidental charges??? This was not the usual standard...really un-civilized...end up paying a cash deposit - a security deposit or pre-authorization (credit card) be much more reasonable.
Hotel was small - first impression - a motel type - the guards / front desk know the time you left the hotel.
What became even more scary, then we found the balcony door could not lock.
Next day - when we checked out - we questioned the front desk..., but as expected - played dum and would not know anything.... I didn't spend time at the front desk as we were in rush to the airport....
I would never come back to this hotel.....nothing recommended except its location close to the airport....no shops around....nothing to do on a quiet side street.
BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!!

8 peso only to ride the jeepny from hotel to fields ave , trike 50 to 100 peso , even though hotel on perimeter road its easy to get around town. Pool is refreshing and nice pool furniture to lay on !!! wifi is good by the pool not so good in the room

We were only looking for a place to stay overnight in between flights in and out of Clark airport. It is only 10 mins in a taxi from the airport which was handy. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. You could walk to nearby restaurants which weren't the nicest but the service was good. I would recommend Prism for an overnight stay definitely but as we did only stay overnight I couldn't really comment as to whether it would be okay for a stay longer than this.

1) SHORT STAY. ARRIVED IN E EVENING AND CHECK OUT AT 4AM IN THE MORNING DUE TO OUR EARLY FLIGHT HOME. JUST A STOPOVER TO CATCH SOME SLEEP

The hotel is very convenient to access to variety places. And the hotel did provide some others travel and diving advise. Staff was friendly but has communication barrier. in overall, the services was excellent.
