It was nice the hotel per se wish there was a pool. I wanted to see if they wud upgrade my room since it was my bday that day.. Receptionist just smiled and said No.

This is a place we can recommend to anyone.
The bed, the bed and the bed..it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The aircon is good and the staff friendly and efficient.

Friendly and helpful staff with good English speaking skills
Although our room had no window, no fridge and no bedside lighting, comfort and convenience are our priorities..and Avenue Suites wins the day.

the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a great stay in this hotel. They are very accommodating and helpful to their guests. The rooms are clean and new since the hotel was only 1 year operating..It was very near to different restaurants and just a few blocks away from the capitol lagoon.
