the room is big, the location is great, the elevators are fast and secure place the bathroom is quite small for four person sharing in a room. our experience is very memorable is our first time to stay in the city proper itself and the burnham suites really is a good choice. very near to burnham park just acroos the street and you're there at the lake where you can go for boat ride or biking ride or maybe just enjoy the breeze while walking or strolling around the park. just very few minutes is a great mall- sm city towering the park. alsonear is the baguio cityhall, the city market, session road, baguio cathedral and lots of universities and other tourist spots.the hotel itself is an atrraction to the park goers. the room are so clean and so spacious. the staffs are courteos ang helpful. the guards are very alert and providing assisatnce when you needed them most. we will surely comeback to this place and we will also not hesitate to stay in city proper so long as we will stay again in baguio burnham suites.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : just walk out of the hotel lobby and you're in the burnham park

Clean rooms and new hotel inexperienced staff, overpriced for the facilities being offered and bad breakfast An average hotel, located centrally in Baguio. The staff was rather inexperienced and could not arrange for a taxi back to Manila

New, so fairly clean and reasonably well equipped. Some of the staff could do with a smile implant. Not a bad hotel conveniently located near the centre of Bagiuo and as the name suggests, close to Burnham lake. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, bathrooms are adequate and were clean. The hotel is quite new, so you would expect it to be clean - I do wonder what it will be like in a year or two's time though.
