Location ....very centrally located, adjacent to Victory Bus Terminal. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. I will stay here again. This was my first visit to Baguio City. It was made pleasant by my overnight stay at Microtel. The staff was helpful, pleasant and accomodating. I will stay here again!

Hotel Staff,the location of the hotel The breakfast buffet was more local oriented.It wasn`t something as an American that I had liked. The hotel staff was very friendly and the doorman carried my bags all the way to the Victory Liner bus area which I NEVER would have expected.It is in close viscinity of the area mall which was nice and other locations too.It was nearby to the bus stop so it made it convienient also.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I would make a point of visitng the mall and also Wright Park is very nice to see too.I would bring a jacket with you when visiting Baguio because it is a big temperature difference there.

Location (Attached to Victory Liner Bus Terminal, Near to SM and other amenities), friendly service, breakfast buffet, price, efficiently-designed rooms, Wi-fi availiable in-room Pay internet access, had to walk to street to get a taxi. Microtel Baugio is a very excellent and convenient place to stay, with its convenient footbridge to the Victory Liner bus terminal, polite and friendly service staff, and clean, efficiently-designed rooms. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a nice, affordable, and clean place to stay on their visit to Baugio, and I would most definitely stay there again on my next journey to the area!

The location is absolutely good. Near in bus station, walking distance in SM mall, there's no problem even in taxi. Staff are so respectful and so kind. The hotel is clean, from the room to the lobby, the location is so accomodating near in the bus station, they have a hallway going to that station.The mall is just walking distance 15 minutes from the hotel.The room is so cozy! The staff are all kind and helpful so approchable. The food is ok, but it will be ok also if there is different menu everyday.I will choose to come back and stay in that hotel for good service.
Hotel Feature Tip : I found this place through agoda. Agoda is a big help to arrange your accomodation. Just like me, when I went in Baguio, I have nothing to think of just sit and enjoy my vaction. We choose Agoda for in our trip, same in Cebu Lancaster. We are satisfied on their service, God bless!

Good location..quite at night. 10 to 15 minute walk to SM Baguio. Limited breakfast selection. A good hotel if you want a location away from the busy street of Session Road.
Travel tip : Good Location. Near Victory Liner Bus Terminal.

connected to the bus terminal no bottled water in room. the rooms are old and the continental breakfast consisted of rice, stewed tomatos, fried fish, a small egg omelet and do-it-yourself toasted bread. my room only had approximately five minutes of hot water to use for shower and whatever at a time. so if you have more that one person forget about the hot water becaue you will have to take a cold shower. i would not stay in this hotel again not for what they are charging . the sheets had stains/spots on them. the hotel was old inside. i expected more for the baguio area. they should advertise for backpackers overnight stays that would probably be a fit the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the mines lookout area was something to see with all the shops.

No restaurant in the hotel and no room cleaning services The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city with easy access to the SM Mall and various other tourist spots. However, the hotel needs to have a restaurant and quicker process for check-ins. In addition, the power back-up services need to come up faster in case of a black-out. Overall it was a decent experience with no out-of-the-world experience.
Shopping Tip : The SM Mall within a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a must-see place to satisfy your shopping cravings.

Breakfeast was sober The place and hotel is ok. A pity that there was no minibar or even a fridge.

good location,clean rooms better breakfast sellections Me and my family decided to take a trip to the hanging coffins in sagada, mr. orsoc's place in mainit hot springs and also the terraces in banawe. baguio was our first stop and i booked ourselves at microtel. we stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. the place was great, near sm mall and close proximity to session road where all the action happens. the good thing about this hotel is that they have an endless supply of coffee and mineral water on the lobby. the room is nice with clean sheets and clean. i wasn't to crazy about their breakfast it was fried fish, fried rice, toast and eggs it could have been better. all in all it was great place to stay in. i would go and stay there again and would recommend that you try this place.

Cozy, friendly atmosphere, friendly staff, close to everything. Limited choice with breakfast. At first, we spent time looking for the place and when we found the hotel, it was actually close to everything. I liked the place because it was away from the city traffic and noise. It's very convenient for people if you're traveling by bus because the terminal is just around the block. The place itself gives you a homey feeling with friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Overall, i'm satisfied.

Clean room, good quality linens, friendly staff Free breakfast needs improvement - add more variety of dishes. One of the few value hotel in Baguio. Clean, safe and friendly staff. Conveniently located next to major bus company. One of my favorite on budget hotel category. There linens and towels are the ones you see in upscale hotels. Floors are made of wood or wood laminate that contribute to the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways.
Shopping Tip : Walking distance to SM mall and has a secured walkway to Victory Liner terminal.

Great staff who are friendly and look after a family's needs. Clean rooms that are well made up. The best beds I experenced in the country. Hotel is very close to the bus terminal and the town centre, mostly walking distance. Lack of a mini bar in the rooms and no tea or coffee made life a little difficult as the room water was not drinkable. Hotel provides a microwave room service for afterhours, tasty but still microwave. Hot water is provided by a small in-room hot water system - wait 5 minutes between showers or expect cool water. This is a nice 3 and a half star hotel, close to town, and has great staff. Room really needs a mini bar for water and drinks as I do not like to continually bother the front desk for water. I would say that this is a nice safe family friendly hotel. We had an emergency in room and staff responded with speed and remade the children's beds with understanding. We enjoyed our two night stay at the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Staff arrange for an all day taxi at very reasonable price for the more distant sights. We are Australian but were so impressed that we offered a 25% tip for the service. Great value.
