Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

gem hidden from the beaten track
clean rooms, clean location

i have stayed in this hotel many times before and the service remain the same: friendly and at par with pricier hotels.
but this time, my room window faces the adjacent building. i can hear people converse and i cant open my window without fear of being seen!!
and still, the rooms have no wifi connections!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walk thru the almost undiscovered eco-trail inside camp john hay; its almost like stepping back into baguio in the 1950's!!
(nice romantic hideaway too)

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable but it's not sound-proof you can hear the noise coming from the lobby. The front desk staff was rude. The hotel's location is great 2 blocks from SM Mall.

Reasonable price for a 3 star hotel in the District. Easy access to walking to Shopping Malls - only 5 mins by taxi where there is abundant choice of food both local and international cuisine. Plenty of branded shops to meet every shopper's needs. Hotel has a great and the management will put all things right for every guest. A great asset for any hotel. Food for breakfast is wonderful and the service is outstanding.

Just checked in today, it was a last minute booking, which I found is difficult to accomplish being its the high season here in Baguio, and it's the Philippines.
My impressions so far, it's new and fairly clean. Location is good as its only a few short blocks off of Sessions Road. If hills aren't an issue, if they are taxis are plentiful and all are metered.
Now the negatives, they advertise free wifi, but when I checked in found it's only available in the lobby, which is overlooked by a night club with the music blasting all evening. Furnishings are spartan, no refrigerator in room, nor is the an in room safe. Not even a fan. And since its Baguio, no aircon, windows do fully open (hoping there aren't any mosquitoes). And for a hotel that's only a year old according to the porter, the hall and room carpets are seriously stained.
Now for me here's the kicker, the beds are rock hard. I haven't yet determined what they used for a mattress, but when I laid down on it (of course after paying for the first night on check in) I could immediately fell my back begin to hurt.
Looks to me like the owners ran out of money when it came time to purchase the furnishings, fixtures and equipment.

We stayed here last weekend for an impromptu overnight. The hotel was close to Session Road but you would have to walk uphill for around 5 mins. The room was okay, with hot shower, cable tv and the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was ok. The no-aircon was understandable since we were in Baguio and it was actually cold without opening the windows. WiFi was only available in the lobby and some parts of the breakfast place. For a deluxe room, I think it was ok but 2 incidents really sealed the deal that I will try other places next time. First, somebody used a key to open our room at around 8 a.m. without even knocking. Good thing I used the extra horizontal lock. Otherwise, I don't know what could have happened. I asked the front desk to check the logs since they use an electronic key. They said they didn't know who it was and it wasn't housekeeping. Serious security problem there. I forgot to ask if they have CCTV. Very disappointing. R&R ruined, don't expect to oversleep from 8 a.m. onwards.
