Comfortable, nice and near Burnharm Park
Huge bed, large bathroom with bathtub, a restaurant on its own and walking distance to Burnham Park.

tiWe stayed for two nights in this hotel and had two rooms, both superior twins, and both with extra bed. The extra bed wasn't elevated and had no comforter but the blanket is quite thick enough to give you warmth especially during summer. We did chose rooms with aircons just to be sure. The food served in the Chinese restaurant was good but find them a bit pricey. The hotel is a walking distance to Burnham park, Rizal park and city hall. Our main concern is the loud noises from the videoke bar near the hotel and the limited parking space at the front. Most car owners would rather park in front rather than use their basement parking which our driver find not too secure and convenient. Overall, we find our stay comfortable since this is the affordable hotel that you can find in Baguio if you want air-conditioned rooms which is a necessity to us especially at the height of summer.

The stay in the Hotel was a nice one. It may not be a new hotel and not all amenities are new as well but you will see that they really make it to a point to maintain the rooms and keep the sheets and towels clean; and comfortable too. I would say we had a good value for our money. Not to mention the friendly and accommodating staff.

Baguio city is a popular vacation spot in the Philippines for a non obvious reason. No beaches, but high up in a range of mountains it offers something rare in the Philippines. Cool weather. Even in late April the evenings are very comfortable and most people wear light jackets. There are several parks and trials to look at and walk around. Plenty of night spots and restaurants. Kind of a pleasant low key vacation spot. The Golden Pine fits well into that atmosphere. It is in the center of town and within walking distance of one of the larger parks and shopping areas. Very enjoyable stay.

The room was big with two double beds, enough for me and my two kids. The complimentary breakfast was OK (plated, with a choice of Filipino or American breakfast). There is also a free wifi internet connection in the room. Jollibee and McDonald's are a few blocks away. Burnham Park is also a walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I was satisfied.
