Comfortable and satisfied with excellent service
Location, near tourist spots. Not within the city which can be crowded. Service, which was excellent. Value for money.
7.7
It was a good stay overall. We love the location because it was near to the places we wanted to visit. We didn't want a hotel close to the city. Average amenities. The breakfast was not so good but the ala carte menu was better.

Beutiful hotel , but the rooms are smelly..
welcoming smile of the front desk, the set up of the hotel, view is amazing..
5.3
When i book this hotel thru agoda, liked everything i see online, the ambiance, the location which is situated on top of hill, the decorations on the front desk colorful and enviting, it makes you want to stay on the hotel..we booked the family room with 3 beds since we have 5 people with us including my mother in law in a wheelchair..the minute we came in ,we were greeted by a smiling attendant, asked them if they have access to the front w/out lifting the wheelchair going to the front desk, they have stairs/steps ..was expecting for this hotel to have these amenities for people like my mother in law...they have none and that's a minus..it works though, 2 people (attendant) helped her, carried her into our room..while on our room, as soon as we opened the door,we were welcome by the awful smell, the room was carpeted and you can tell right away that it was from the carpet, seems like they shamppoed the carpet but it was not dried enough it's terrible! we did not really slept the whole night..secondly, the draperies were not closing, called attendant again to fix it,and last thing was the patio door does not locked up...that night we spent an hour just to get help from front desk to send someone to fix things up! and oh by the way if these hotel charge a lot of money..management should look this up,overall the complaint was the whole room needs a lot of updating, remove that smelly carpet!! TV? could not really see the picture..awfull!!

Exclusive, quiet and cozy with good view.
Fast, attentive, and friendly service by staff
8.3
The room we stayed in was at the 4th floor and had a great balcony view of the trees and mountains in front of the hotel, not to mention the landscaped gardens of the hotel below. The features of the room, with clean bathrooms, were appropriate for us, except that we noticed that our bed may already need replacing, considering the the hotel has been in operation for about 6 or 7 years if I am correct. It is already sagging in the middle. We are used to sleeping on our orthopaedic (posture) bed at home. There is hot water, but the flow is sometimes erratic when the occupancy of the hotel is at its fullest. Not a problem when there were some few bookings. Over-all, we will go back to this hotel when we come back to Baguio.
Restaurant Tip:
See the newest restos at the Ayala hub in Camp John Hay. Don't miss the Chokolate de Batirol too.

nice location
near the tourists' spots in Baguio City

we had good stay in this hotel except that the band playing in the lobby seemed to be too loud that we can hear it in our room and also the smell of the food that are being cooked in the kitchen reached our nostrils up in our room at the 3rd floor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good location since it is just a walk away from the mine's view and Good Shepherd Convent.

Ideal reprieve from the Baguio CBD
Comfortable well appointed rooms and friendly staff
10
The ambience of the hotel was only exceeded by the attentive staff. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and included in the tariff. Internet connections were also inclusive. The tourist attractions were within easy reach by inexpensive taxis.
Travel tip:
The centre of Baguio was a tourist's disappoinment aggravated by heavy diesel fumes pollution.

Impressive hotel.
Room with 4 beds! Excellent value for family with kids.
7.7
Needles to say beds are single bed but if you are a family travelling together and minding your expenses, this hotel is highly recommended. It is worth noting though that since the room is in the ground level and not sealed to allow air conditioning, you get to hear all the noises outside including rooster's crow and passing vehicles. Restaurant was tended by able servers only eager to please. Food was ample and tasty. The biggest attraction I think is the presence of a vegetarian restaurant opposite the main dining area and close to the spa. Good selections of vegetarian dishes.

Poor customer service, communication.. avoid
no core advantage from other hotels but lots of weaknesses
3
Our room has been opened by a strangers (2 girls and 1 boy) to us at 5 am.. good thing my husband was awake.. they said that the one who opened was an attendant from the hotel with guests from other room. And the manager on duty gave the attendant an all access key.i guess they don't know how to use doorbell or call.. they just let someone in your room, whoever wants too. And the lists goes on for so much disappointments. And i'm travelling with my baby. So yeah manager apologized and gave us 2 boxes of brownies and that's it. I don't even eat brownies. I guess they can never bring back the trauma they gave.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Choose another hotel while you can

Great hotel but hard-to-find location
Very friendly and helpful staff,
9
We particularly liked the "open" corridor leading to our room on the 4th floor, which made it well-ventilated and less claustrophobic. Plus, it was nice to be able to see the lobby below.
The buffet breakfasts on the two days that we were there was quite good. There was a greater variety of dishes unlike in most hotels where the buffet menu is exactly the same from day to day.
The staff at the reception desk were very helpful when we asked them for directions to the usual tourist sites, and even to the private residence of friends who had invited us for dinner.
Although the hotel is hard-to-find and hard-to-reach we would'nt mind going back.
Shopping Tip:
Park at SM Baguio if you want to go shopping in Session Rd or in the market, but go early to make sure that you can get a parking slot.
