I've been using this hotel for sometime now. This particular stay was the most stressing stay I had so far. The youth group staying on our floor was making so much noise until midnight. The hotel staff did nothing to stop the kids until we complained to them. Not a good place to stay together with a large group of traveler. You can hear noises being made in the hallway of the hotel.

Started well but finished in tears

The Agoda service linked us to this hotel but it did not meet the standards or level of service I expect from Agoda supported hotels. The first room did not have an operational hot shower, towels or shower curtain or a top sheet on the bed. So we were promptly transferred to another room. Both hot water systems were dangerous the earth (green) wire on the heater system was not wired into the heater which is illegal. I requested a top sheet for the bed. After many attempts to supply substitutes such as another fitted sheet dooner cover and discussions with the fron desk I established that the hotel only provides a fitted sheet and blankets in all of the rooms. This is unacceptable in an Agoda recommended hotel. Good hygine alone requires two sheets to protect customers from dirty blankets. This hotel is a joke run by poorly trained staff and bad guest services. It should be withdrawn from the Agoda list of hotel as it is bad for the Agoda reputation.

well where want to start would not go back to that hotel breakfast was just nothing in place staff not have clue not enough cups plates to supply everybody in hotel and staff where not organised my opinion why do they not do just help yourself for breakfast furcilites not good not worth the money for the hotel ok cheap but nothing organised just some guy drives around in his ferrari and lam playing pavarotti come one get grip if you own this hotel make and effort to in prove or update instead spending on italys cars ha ha but apart from that had good time in bag

Hotel with a picturesque view

hotel Henrico Legarda boasts of picturesque pine trees view at the balcony eastern side of the room which give a relaxing ambiance for guests. I find comfort in our stay here!

It is by far the worst hotel i have ever experienced! The first room given to us was dirty, bed sheets and pillow cases unwashed, bathroom tiles with fungus (you'll see them protruding from sides) and was infested with cockroaches!! We complained and was then transferred to 2 more rooms with us just ending with the same complains. Staff wasnt helpful nor friendly. Instead they even had the nerve to give us attitude. We left the hotel at 1am as we simply could not sleep in infested rooms! The hotel nearly ruined our vacation!

the hotel is satisfactory if you don't expect too much. it's a relatively cheap place to stay, but this means few amenities. restaurant has a basic menu, tv was working but had no remote, shower was working but had no hot water because the heater was broken (we asked the staff to look at it but they never got around to it), no trash cans or a fridge in a deluxe room, no toothpaste. elevator to the fourth floor was broken. they provide you with a complimentary large bottle of shampoo and a large bar of soap, unlike other hotels which give small ones, though. also, while the room is large and is comfortable enough, it's not very soundproof--you may get jolted out of sleep if there's a group of people talking in the hallway.
Restaurant Tip:
Good restaurants nearby. Try them instead of eating at the hotel.
