i advised the hotel staff that i will be checking late last december 12, 2012. upon arriving at the hotel, i was surprised that my room was upgraded to a deluxe room. originally, i just booked for a standard room. nice freebies from this hotel! i also loved how courteous their staff! good job! overall, i enjoyed my stay here! try this hotel too!

Nice hotel with good services.
We liked the room assigned to us. Clean and cozy. Breakfast was good but can be improved. Extra bed did not include a free breakfast and one had to pay extra PhP300 for it. Quite expensive.

The hotel is very accessible to the tourist spots in Baguio. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love going to Baguio and this hotel is okay, they served as well. I love the rooms, they are clean. The food serving is okay. The staff where courteous enough. But most of all i love their location!!!

We may have stayed at the Paladin Hotel for only a few hours and only to sleep but I believe their facilities could be improved. For per night I believe there are much better hotels to stay at at the same price (ex: Pines Viwe Hotel). The area for breakfast could also be improved, better tables and chairs as well as the ambiance.

the location is near every place you want to see in baguio, the staff are really nice

the location of the hotel is very close to most of the attractions in baguio. if you are fond of walking you can easily go to a lot of places for free. also, i initially booked a standard room without breakfast thru agoda but when we arrived at the hotel it was upgraded to a de luxe room, this included breakfast with a few special requests by my boyfriend (initially the guy from the dining area said will be charged) but when we checked out i did not have to pay any additional charge but the amount i initially paid for with my credit card. the hotel staff were really nice and they always ask what you might need during the stay. the only problem i had was the noise from the bar across the street to our room. even if the windows were closed i could still hear the music which went on until around 3 am. it was a nice stay nonetheless.

all staff are friendly and hospitable. they promptly attended to our requests. they even called me while i was away in the hotel that they needed to transfer me to other room (not the room that i requested) due to some reasons. i appreciate the effort.
i will definitely choose paladin hotel when i will go back in baguio!
