Awful hotel, smelly and very noisy.

The rooms were unattractive with an awful smell. Furniture were very old and dingy. Shower head with molds.Very noisy, did not get much sleep. Was very embarrassed to bring my family because I was expecting a more luxurious hotel. Employees were courteous though, the only good thing about the hotel. Sorry, but cannot recommendd this hotel to anybody.

the only thing good is the room is big, but old furnitures, did not change the beddings daily, no toiletries supply only soap and tissue they provide. TV in the room is old fashioned, no sense of new technology. Old building. We stayed for 2 nights but never they did clean the room and changed the beddings. Not recommendable for sensitive visitors.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant downstairs of the hotel is soo expensive and not for masses. Expensive in terms that their food is not soo good compared to their price.

Cheap Hotel with Good Service

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friends, made the mistake of getting an extra bed (w/ additional fee). Staff was very nice to offer free breakfast instead of the refund for the extra bed. Complimentary wifi was fast.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I wish they had more plug-in sockets for chargers and other electronic devices. Also, I wish they did not charge 1.50$ / extra pillow.

Im very disappointed with the hotel rooms and staff. Im quite surprise the hotel has no towel. I asked the front desk officer and she answered me that they only give upon request. For breakfast time theres no option or variety for food. They only give combo meals which we to select one and we dont have choice. I approached the staff but in the beginning they refuse and ignore me coz they said i dont have a name in their list. How can it be coz i booked the hotel a week ago. I ask the waiter but seems they are not so helpful enough to their guest. I amthe one who go and approached them than they approached and accommodate the guest. I saw some coacroaches around and a bit smelly. I guess they need to change their carpet.

accesible hotel with lots of hot water! this is the best thing i like about the hotel, considering the city's temperature there is enough hot water to enjoy at any time during the duration of our stay, be it to soak yourself and relax after a long day of touring the city or early in the morning bath to start your day. accesible and very convenient to locate. the party right accross the street outside our hotel veranda was a bonus we get to party extra without paying! :d i enjoyed the stay. we were also allowed to check in ealier than expected.it was more than what i expected from the hotel. although i rarely see the hotel attendants, i guess it doesnt matter since we were away from the hotel most part of our stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking distance from Burnham Park.
