It was a good stay overall because of their attentive staff who after I complained about the standard room I was booked into which was next to a smoking area, quickly upgraded us to a deluxe and waived the extra cost. The manager is such a sweet and understanding lady plus the great team they have there is such a big plus to this Hotel. The restaurant serves good dine in food and the churros is the best in the country! I will surely comeback and stay there again without any doubt.

Our party of five arrived past midnight on May 24, without a confirmed hotel reservation in Baguio. I looked for an available hotel in Agoda and thankfully a room is available at the Chalet Baguio. The check-in process was very efficient and customer service was great. The room given to us had a nice view of the back of a building, with this huge pine tree. Hot shower was available on-demand and the linens were all clean and very neatly tucked. I specially like their restaurant (Dulcinea) which serves American, Continental, and Pinoy breakfast plates AND churros! The ambiance of the hotel is very homey and the staff, from the guard to the reception to the housekeeping to f&b staff are all very attentive, friendly and competent.
