The windows of the annex building face a street, which can get noisy at times. At 2:30 am, there were repeated knocks on my door. No security guards around. The water heater has a "schedule".

dirty room walls and sink

we were really disappointed to see our room with dirty walls, sink, leaking shower /faucet etc... (i have pictures to prove)
actually, we thought of transferring to other hotels even if we know we cannot refirund our payement, but it just panagbenga and for sure of hotels in baguio were fully occupied.
