Location are great but the buffet are not good
Quite and lovely place. Swimming pool are definitely recommended.

Avoid guest that are rude and standing in front o the buffet food. They will just sneeze in front of the food bar and pretend that they didn't do anything. Staff should monitor that nasty attitude. It happened for many times.

Room was generoualy spacious and comfortable. Love the huge swimming pool. Poor water condition at the beach as it sits just next to a river. Not much choices of food available at the hotel. Had all my meals at the town near by.

our stay is ok but the rooms provided to us were already old and needed to be renovated.
aircon is almost not working, that's why our rooms are hot.
except for the rooms, the hotel is ok especially the very accommodating staff and the quick to respond repair men.

The food leaves much to be desired, and the bed creaked if you just sat on it! There are many things you can do during your stay: go kayaking, ride a banana boat.

Overpriced and pictures show hotel new 20 yrs ago!

We went to stay overnight to get out of our neighborhood on holiday weekend. We were so disappointed we left after several hours. The hotel is old and not maintained. Our room was filthy. Old coffee still in pot. Sand all over floor. Cost of room was overpriced for the quality and condition of the hotel. My son had a hamburger which tasted funny. The only nice feature of the resort is the pool and beach.

This hotel Sucks!!!!

Wont recommend this place at all! dont spend ur money just to go this hotel, if its free then try but if u gonna pay that much never mind. service sucks!!!! u cant even bring food on ur room, u have to pay 500 pesos for 1 bottle of coke and the room we got has a refrigerator so how you gonna use it if they wont allow u to bring food inside? their buffet sucks! cold and open without cover, breakfast sucks! no good at all! my husband and my inlaws so dissappointed. no hand towel or else u have to pay P490 pesos per piece.

My kids love their stay at canyon cove. There are lots of fun activities for them to do, for my 6 yrs old daughter she enjoyed the pool, playground and the beach. though the sand is not as powdery fine as Boracay, it is clean and well maintained. My 12 yrs old daughter enjoyed the water sports but i think it's a little bit pricey.
Our room is spacious and good enough for family of four. we have great view of the beach from the window and balcony.The room is equipped with refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities,flat screen tv, volt. The water pressure and heater works well.
We have complimentary buffet breakfast,the choices of food are few and they are slow in refilling the food.The dinner buffet is 600 for adult and 300 for kids which i think is expensive for 5 course meal including the pasta.
The staff of the resort are courteous and ready to help specially the bell boys.
My overall review is very good, it's a nice weekend getaway.

well ist time namin grabe cra ang pnone sa service ng room everytim n may kailangan kmi bumababa pki sa loby then pag may dliver ng food walang door bell so yung door alawys nakabukas para marinig namin cla n nandyan na ,, so inayos nila pero until 12 midnight nila bago naayos, may cam ako nakunan ko yung gumagawa ng video,, ang alam ng officer nila nag report kami,, sa executive house keeper ng canyon cove,,so ist time but the service is not good, nice view naman so sana next time bag dmatng ang guest check muna lahat ng rom kung ok. saka nila ibigay sa guest,

Nice beach in Run down hotel

we went to have a weekend out of the city looking for a relaxing weekend, but firstly the sunloungers were not allowed on the private beach, until we complained to the management.. the room had black damp in shower cubicle, there was no bath. the food in the restaurant was appalling, poor quality and options. the noise on the night from unsupervised teenagers was horrendous. awake until 3-30 am.the staff in the restaurant and the dive shop were very pleasant, but that alone is not enough. in the hotel directory there is a spa but it is not there, the bar was empty and devoid of any atmosphere..
Restaurant Tip:
kainan limpoco lucas . good traditional philippino restaurant within 10 minutes drive
