We came in the hotel at 11 am and waited patiently for the 2 pm check-in. One of the bell boys allowed us to stay in their information center and it was so kind of him to let us use it. I am with my one year old boy and you know what it means to have this little buddy around (",)... My boy was super attracted to the fountain in front of the lobby and wanted to go there by hook or by crook. I am just so touched by the fact that the guards and anyone who seen my little one was just kind enough to handle him with a smile (true smile from the heart).

Nice hotel but in a weird location

We stayed this hotel on the night before we went to Puerto Galera. The hotel would be good for someone with a car, but since we didn't have a car, it was hard to get to the place. There was nothing around the hotel although it is in a walkable distance from SM (about 10 minutes, I suppose). The hotel has a nice restaurant; dinner was great but the breakfast was ok. We were upgraded to a suite, which we liked a lot.

I liked the hotel very much the rooms and Staff were very good the only thing that lets this Hotel down is the self servise breackfast it is a very poor selection. But I would go back

the hotel i stayed in was great, nice view, pool and relaxtion, i like the most spa n kids pool as i have kids and service was excellent and i really like the scenic view and the shopping mall there. overall i would recommended this to people visiting there

Overall a good stay. Pool and jacuzzi was nice. Gym is good but a bit dark and depressing. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
