best place for diving and swimming
the hotel has a nice big pool with sea water on it, best place if you want to learn how to scuba dive and it has a natural hot spring and natural sauna

the stay was great. ideal for family with young and old kids. great for learning how to scuba dive. the only bad thing i can say is that the Food and Beverage service closes at 10pm and they dont have a bar and there is no establishment near the hotel for midnight snacks

my stay there was great. clean room and nice swimming pools especially the natural hot pool that has a 37c and the other 40c temperature. good for people who wants to learn how to scuba dive. bad thing about the hotel is the restaurant closes at 10pm and theres no bar for late night food and drinks, all the establishments are far from the hotel

It is a very good place to have a relaxation time in it, they are very smiley people and helpful, the views are charmin, I spend there a very good time and enjoyed with see trip with a wonderful boat making snorkeling and swimming, and enjoy with colored fish and coral reefs under water the hotel is good and food is very good tasty,the swimming pool has a good design but should be lined be ceramic because its floor is bad, and also the hotel admins should arrange extra activities like night parties, I recommend this place to families and honeymooner to spend a very happy time and enjoy their holidays in that hotel,

the crews all are kind, and restaurant, food are satisfied.
the only one thing I was disappointed was that it is too far from batangas terminal. I had ridden a tricycle for 1 hour. It was a big damage for me.
however bamboo sauna was also nice.

It's not an easy drive. We drove a 4 all wheel drive sports utility van with gps on board. If it were not for these two features plus the fact that I am a local and speak the language for directions; the original course did not take into account that there would be an unexpected detour due to a mammoth road repair on the most difficult part of the drive-- a mountainous zig zag portion of about 10 kilometers
They do NOT serve brewed coffee. The place is owned and run by Koreans so I expected international standards. No coffee ?! to be expected food is all Korean, ok, sure, and expensive.
There is NO beach front at all. It's all treacherous rocks laced with sea urchins.
There are instead three huge salt water man made pools which are ore than adequate for a good sea water swim. However, they are in need, badly needed repaint. One pool is a real hot spring after which the entire area is named-- Mainit in Filipino means Hot... Therapeutic hot salt water so the spring is from under the sea piped up to the resort.. That's the main feature.
After swimming in all three pools I am sad to say it was a disgusting experience all around. All pools are sea water, pumped in from the heated sea springs from which the resort is named. Therefore, the stagnant sea water smells foul, the bottoms of the pool are mucky moss, slippery and sickening to walk on and worst of all, the water simply stinks. You will need an hour in the shower to rinse off the foul smell.
The bamboo sauna, another feature the proudly display on the website, is not working at
Travel tip:
Drive the longer way, not the map they give you. Its a very bad road.. they should give out another map of the longer but safer way
