I've stayed at this place before and didn't want to stay again, however they are located very close to the port areas of Batangas and the price is right. That said, you get what you pay for. Don't expect much.
I actually wrote a pretty bad review of this hotel from the first time I stayed here but for some reason it magically disappeared from their reviews. Interesting.
