Mixed bag. Initial room assigned was poor. Aircon was not adequate, leaking shower, cracks on wall. Basic maintenance not done.wifi connection was also very erratic. These were passed on to mgt and another room was given

Good hotel but not for everyone

The hotel is close to the airport and offers airport-hotel-airport transfers. We arrived there around 930am and we know that check in is still at 2pm. One of the front desk personnel at that time has the tendency to look at how people dress up (we felt we were being judged with how we look at that time) which is not nice since we're a paying customer. The only good thing about her is she let us leave our bags at the front desk. Of course, we still considered the fact that maybe she's just like that. Front desk people should smile more so guests will feel more comfortable in the hotel. They are the front liners of the hotel so the moment that guests come in, there should be a feeling of happy ambience that will ensure their good stay at the hotel. Other than the front desk personnel, everything is okay about this hotel. Though I am not sure if I will recommend it to people I know. One more thing, there was a cockroach inside our room but it was attended to asap. Housekeeper who came to remove the cockroach just swept it without even apologizing.

It was really a quiet stay there.

Insufficeint staff for check out. They still had to look for the driver to bring us to the airport. Room had some ants and cobwebs. Breakfast was in the confined function room. Nicer if it had been somewhere with a good outdoor view. It was close to the airport though.

Besides the not so friendly young lady at the front desk most of the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was very good delivered to our room very quickly after placing the order. The room cleaning staff was nice and courteous as well as the security guards help with transportation and answering questions for the to do. I do not see me returning to this hotel the lady at the front desk was just way to unfriendly....
