Chic S. Business travelers Philippines, July 02, 2012	Everything but the breakfast Friendly Staff 7 Staff is accommodating. Room is big. However we did see a few ants here and there. Food is good. The coffee shop however smelled musty and there were many mosquitoes. Management did not accommodate our request to include the free breakfast considering that the rate we paid for is inclusive of breakfast if we booked directly with them.

Families with young children Philippines, May 03, 2012	Good location, very helpful staff, spacious room clean and very spacious room 9 The place is very clean, there is supply of bottled water everyday. Whenever you ask for anything, the staff there are very prompt in their service. The junior suite room given to us as an upgrade is very spacious and comfortable for me, my husband and 3 kids. We had a very memorable stay in Legaspi and if we come back again, we would still use the same hotel I would advise wider variety of food to choose from...not so tasty, too Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The Cagsawa Ruins and the ATV trip to the Lava Rock formation are wonderful places to go to in Legaspi. A side trip to the famous Donsol, Sorsogon for the viewing of the Butanding is an unforgetable experience also.

Couples United Kingdom, November 02, 2011	Nice hotel with excellent staff one side of the hotel has views of Mayon volcano. rooms are spacious and have balconies 9.7 The hotel was very clean, and the staff were excellent. The breakfast is very tasty and good value. Also evening meals are very reasonably priced and enjoyable. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Not to far from Lignon Hill to get the best view of Mayon Volcano.
