This is best hotel in legazpi no doubt the staff are great the food is cheap but its presentation ,service and staff are 5 star .The rooms was big and comfortable with large shower and room service was really good but so cheap for 5star where at a 2 star in manila now and its double the price and not as good !Our only problem was the pool isn't clean i understand being in direct sun algie grows but it was quite bad to be honest although not noticeable from surface.This hotel should be investigated over their ridiculous wages for their workers its well below award and we were disgusted for their friendliness and service appalling typical chinese owners shame on them

Our stay was great it has awesome view the place is really bright white everywhere.The staff for me are excellent as is the food really well presented and so cheap .Rooms are big the level 5 has high ceilings but 2 although exactly same room has alot lower only thing we noticed as stay both floors.Our only problem was this is a typical CHINESE OWNED HOTEL THAT IS PAYING WAY BELOW AWARD SALARY! They should treasure the staff they have they make this hotel

The tel nos listed in the internet were just ringing when my husband was trying to confirm my stay. Also their fax machine was not working when somebody tried to send me documents.

first, it took a long time for them to reply to our message on how to go to their hotel (since we came from naga). their reply was sent at the time that we were already there. room was lovely, great bed but the only thing missing is a bidet. if you don't have a car, transportation is a little pricey since you have to ride a tricycle (100pesos/way) or a taxi due to the location of their hotel (not really accessible). the view of the mayon volcano is great! but when it comes to the swimming pool, it is not really recommended for couples since it looks like a resort with a lot of kids and maids. the water is also murky. however, they do offer a wide selection for the breakfast buffet and food tastes great. only unusual thing is when we tried to order mineral water for room service (since we need to drink medicines), they do not have any! thus, we have to settle for iced tea. worst part of our entire stay their is we arrived at the airport late for our flight because the staff did not mind us. we told the receptionist hours before our check out time that we were going to avail of their airport service for our 12:40 flight. she said that airport is only 10 mins away and so i thoughht we will not have a problem with that. we did check out at around 11:20 or so and reminded them of the service. we waited, and waited for a lot more while looking for other guests being served before us which is irritating. ending is, we were 10 mins late for our check in time at the airport and we had to rebook our flight for 7000pesos, costs evn more than the hotel's rate!!! we notified them of the situation and they sent their driver to the airport to talk to us, when we told him that we had to pay 7000, he was gone with the wind even though he said that he was just going to park the car! overall, i would not recommend this hotel!

They stay was friendly and helpful. Lobby lounge staff not good. Had to order things 2 times, each time I went there. And, had to finally get drink that was sitting on counter. The added "Service Charge" was for no service. Not convenient to mall or shopping. Taxi and tricycle added extra to charge. Pool nice. Great view of Mayon volcano.

Spectacular view!

It was good. The staff was very accommodating. It has good facilities, but is hardly used (ie. gym, swimming pool, etc). I enjoyed my room with the view of Mayon Volcano, it is very spacious and the bathroom was large as well. The breakfast buffet was just "ok", nothing spectacular. I think they need someone to fix their breakfast menu. Some of the dishes seemed to be misplaced, and were more appropriate for lunch. (I just hope they were not left-over from dinner the previous night). The room service was ok, although the servings were small. I loved the bagnet ala bicol express.
