Relaxing and Stress-free get-away
Clean, cozy and very attentive staff. The restaurant staff were so accomodating and helpful. Great access to the beach too! Can arrange for a breakfast fronting the beach. What a wonderful experience!

The room was overpriced compared with the confort you get. No Renovation since about 15 years. The bathroom was old and dirty. The housekeeping was also bad (When we arrived there was a long black hair in the bathroom. One week later it was still there.). I c'ant recomand this Ressort.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I recomand the oasis Ressort direct by side of the alona kew Beach Ressort.

very poor service quality, such as the reception never answer the phone and the housekeeping always forget to replace or put the new tower. huge disappointmen breakfast, won't never considerate this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you'd like to stay in a placd that close Alona beach, this is the hotel you can choose, but i won't never stay in this hotel.

the hotel is very good and clean...... the staff so friendly. we had problem with the shower head and they attended the problem very quick.

An okay resort
It's clean and tidy. Well situated on Alona beach, service is good.

The free breakfast is kind of terrible and the water pressure in the shower is not enough. AC in the room makes too much noise. Other than that it's a good place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Was near amenities. The drink at the beachside cafe were great. Loved the mango drink. Really nice beach as well; could just laze there for hours. Easy to get transport to all the attractions nearby. Overall it was a great holiday. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a laid back time and atmosphere.
