- excellent location (on a small cliff)
- well equipped clean rooms
- a lot of small nice things (evening service, candies in the room)
- welcoming atmosphere
- small, but nicely done pool
- personnell in general
- breakfast - price of extra services, excursions, etc. are 2x times higher than in the near-by village or beach.
- although we did not dine in the hotel, the food which we ordered once for snack was awful and 2x time more expensive than on the beach.
- noisy, but effective air-con. We stayed for 9 days in the hotel. And after all it left a very good impression - everything is right for the money they ask, with some cons mentioned above. Although the weather was not perfect that time, it would be nice to visit this place once again.
Restaurant Tip : Alona Vida's hotel (located on the beach) restaurant was our choice. Their grilled pork-chops, prawns and mango cocktails are just awesome :) But be careful in terms of possible food poisoning in any place you dine - it is a very high chance a getting into trouble.

Excellent service, nice rooms, walking distance from bars and restaurants Looking for more choices in their breakfast buffet I would highly recommend Amorita for the following reasons:
Excellent service - very friendly and attentive staff, they also balance it well so that it never feels intrusive either
The hotel is a short stroll along the beach to a number of bars and restaurants, you won't lack in choices at night.
Great view of the white sand beach from their infinity pool.
Rooms come with 2 queen sized bed, lcd TVs - very comfortable and better than expected.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the Chocolate Hills Tour while in Bohol - while the beach is great (at par with Boracay, but more relaxed and laid back, and less of the noisy crowds), there's more to Bohol

1. the swimming pool scenery is fantastic & amazing

I would to express my sincere thanks for the hospitality from the resort showed me. All the staff are coueteous and enthusiasm. They have happy face all the time. I think they are happy and enjoyable to work in the Resort too. Their smiling makes me comfortable too especially the swimming pool life guard ~ Ray. He is so nice and detail-minded.
Restaurant Tip : The restaurant located on the beach is good too. I tried the food in there every night.
