Well where do we start, Amun Ini is in the perfect location. Beautiful beach and ocean surroundings. The owner and staff make you feel like your part of the family, a great welcome accompanied by much pampering attention. The only thing we could of suggested is the menu is not quite suited for the theme and could be more ocean influenced, but the kitchen staff are always supportive and will have no problems accommodating your needs. We would defiantly recommend this Resort and we would return some day.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. This hotel exceeded expectation on all levels. The rooms are new and very clean with comfortable beds. The beach is beautiful if somewhat rocky on some days to get in to the sea but once in you can swim and snorkel. The hotel has kyaks and snorkel equipment which you can use. The family that own the hotel are warm and welcoming. The food is excellent, there is no kids menu but they were willing to make and change things to suit my son's taste. This is absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we will return as soon as we can. We did not go on any of the local trips as we did not want to leave.

We stayed for 6 nights and we could have stayed for more. This is a quiet and relaxing hotel which for us was the whole package. We had some problems with our room on the second night and the manager could not have been more helpful in arranging a move for us. The owners are personable and very welcoming. Complete paradise.

I will never forget my stay at Amun Ini. The owner and the staff are wonderfull, they make you feel special and would do everything to please you. The food at the restaurant is to die for and if you wish for a dish that is not on the menu, just ask the Chef Adriana and she will gladly prepare it for you. The private cove with its fine white sand and clear bleu water is beautiful, a little paradise. If you are looking for a long beach to walk on, ask the staff and they will take you in just 5 min to the beautifull and very clean public beach. One thing you should not miss are the massages, I tried them all and they are great.
I will definitly go back!

A family run business, Fred and his wife Karen have done a lovely job to make you feel at home. On this beach front property just outside of this small town called Anda they have built a tucked away oasis. The rooms are elegant and spacious as well as the layout of the property. Their daughter Adrian, the sous chef and her husband Josh have created foodie delights using local produce with a twist from their global culinary experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, good service for the location. A masseuse staff readily available with a handful of stress relief options. Rooms are clean and modern, 16 in total. Those looking for a secluded holiday away, this resort is perfect to relax in the sun, enjoy great food, paddle board, snorkel, and dive. If diving is your sort of thing, it is fabulous here! A man named Digee from the neighboring resort offers morning afternoon and night time dives. On certain days, Digee takes snorkelers and divers to the island of Leyte for a chance to snorkel with whale sharks. This experience alone was worth the trip! I would highly recommend all of the dive options. Frankly speaking, my friends and I would love to keep this gem to ourselves but the family is so lovely we couldn’t bear it! Add to that luxury, elegance, natural surroundings and genuine friendly service. The resort is nestled in a lush of tropical garden with stunning views onto the crystal clear ocean! Amun Ini Resort combines all right ingredients, 5 star comfort, natural beauty, environmental friendliness and a space to relax from the stress of life. The owners watch carefully to preserve nature and perfectly integrated this resort into the environment. Pet lovers, 4 legged family members are also part of the gang :-) The massages are great and round-up a perfect relaxing day. The top quality cuisine with products and ingredients from the region was another highlight. Congratulations to the chef and his team! The best hotel however would not be perfect without the people, and in Amun Ini the people make the difference!! Top skilled staff!!Warm welcome and the hearty friendliness from everyone be it the gardeners, maintenance staff, drivers, service people,.. never experienced this before. We had a lovely and relaxing 4 night stay.
The Beach - I liked that it is very natural. The owners - it is family owned and the owner has a lot of pride in preservation. The restaurant - fabulous food.

We stayed with our two sons of 7 and 4 for 4 nights. I am the type of traveller who looks for nature and rest. The hotel totally met my expecations. The pool is very nice, the food is great, and the beach while small is very natural. I like also the fact that the owner is investing in this property with a long term view on perservation and recovering the coral life in the sea in front of the hotel. The beach is kept in totally natural form.
The only recommendation I would give is make sure to put on a lot of suncreen as since the air is clean it is very easy to get burned. Also keep in mind the hotel is 2 hours drive from the airport. The hotel car price is the same as reserving a car at the airport so I recommend the hotel car.
