Beautiful, clean location, very friendly helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, the place is right on the beach and a two minute walk from our room,

not many cons, my girlfriend ordered crispy pata for lunch. This is pig meat. I wasnt used to it being an American but my girlfriend didnt like it either. She said it was bland.

We both loved the Bohol Beach club and would definitely go back there. The place is very well cared for, is clean, the staff very friendly to tourists, there was even an ensemble of three guitarists and a hand percussionist who played folk songs for the people dining. They came over to the bar to play for my girlfriend and I too. It was hard to leave there after two days of relaxation.

The beach has a nice view The hotel grounds are picturesque There are 3 pools to choose from The grounds are large There are 2 restaurants to choose from, one serving more local fare, and the other one serving a more westernized cuisine. Quite and away from the crowds.

Far from shops and other restaurants. Facility at their Dive Shop were disimal compared to Alona Beach. The boat was not in a very good condition. Beach is good for wading and a dip only...at around thigh level, there are beads of muddy seaweed with sea urchins, that would not be good for children or swimming. The level of cleanliness is LOW (that is saying a lot, since I had spent the previous 5 days at a cheap little hotel on Alona beach)

On arrival, I expected a much high level of cleanliness and service than the hotels on Agoda beach, as I had paid for one of the poolside bungalows (instead of the cheaper standard rooms). The Hotel is far from Alona Beach and is great if you like a quite beach holiday, but not if you want to go out for a bite. There is nothing nearby....not even a shop to buy drinks (you need to go to the adjacent hotel for the nearest store....this is a short walk along the beach) On arival, I noted that they don't really clean out the rooms properly, coz I found a syringe (medication) in the refrigerator, probably left by the previous occupant. As the air-con in our room didn't work, we were transfered to another room. On opening the refigerator in our new room we found some brownish liquid pooled at the bottom (not very nice). We understand that bugs may be a bit of a problem, however, there were termites in the door frame and room skirting, which lead to a lot of 'wooden bits and powdery bits' all along the edge of the door and room. We told the cleaner on leaving the room, but on returning, we found that he had only swept away the floor around the door area, and the rest of the floor around the room was still left with the wooden bits....."Fine" I thought...."at least the beds are clean" coz I saw that the cleaner had changed the linens. The next day I was horrified to find that my underwater cameracase (which I had left on the dresser to dry) was powdered with bits of wood THERE WERE TERMITES IN THE DRESSER!!! I spent the next hour cleaning out the case to make sure that all the buttons were working and that the O-Ring was clean, and that the case was still waterproof! I knew that the dive shop equipment only OK, but I went with it, coz we were only looking for a Reef dive nearby. The first Dive was OK, though the boat was old and not really up to standard. On the second dive, the edge of the boat ripped through my boyfriends divesuit & swimming trunks! When we told the Di

Nice and helpful staffs, good services (Round-trip to Alona Beach to Bohol Beach Club, Local call to Bohol Bee Farm for pick up), Mango Shakes @ Agotata Restaurant, Water Pressure, Excellent Private Beach

Some black ants found in toilet. Boat Trip in BBC is too expensive compared with those provided by other resort or Alona Beach

Bohol Beach Club (BBC) is really a nice place as it provides tourists for the best environment (private beach) to enjoy their vocation. Moreover, its staffs are nice and helpful. So if I travel to Bohol next time, I'm sure I will choose BBC again !!! =)
