it's family owned place and ran by them.
owner Peter and his son (?) were very kind and helpful.
very lovely place and the room was large with sofas.
would like to go back there.
Travel tip:
you need to get a transportation to and from the beach but unless you will be going back and forth multiple times a day for the money you pay with a accommodation like this, I think it's worth to pay extra 50 pesos for trans.

it's away from the beach side noise you can really relax at night. there's also a bike to use whenever you want to visit the surrounding areas at least you can save for the ride going to the beach or exploring the areas. the place is neat and the staffs are friendly. so if you're looking for a place with privacy or quiet environment this is the place for you.

Everything was very good.Except that there was no water in the morning one day, and it came in 2 hours...The burger from the restaurant was very good, I also ordered a rice which was not on the menu..I did enjoy the stay.
And everything there was extremelly clean!!!

It is so nice to have a swimming pool in the yard. The boss of the hotel is a cute guy, I got a welcome juciy from him, it was so sweet for doing that.
The night was even more quite when relax in the swimming pool.
A little far from Alona Beach.

This hotel has a good condition room. The bed also very coformtble. However, it's a little far from the beach. Iy you drive a motobycle, u can use the motobycle that this hotel offer on free.

위치는 안좋지만 깨끗한 곳
수영장 관리 잘 되어 있음. 폭우가 쏟아진 다음날임에도 수영하기에 좋았음. 친절함.

위치는 알로나비치에서 2KM 떨어져 있어 오토바이를 이용해서 다녔음. 30페소씩 지불해야하지만 괜찮았음. 숙소에서는 1개의 방마다 오토바이를 300페소에 빌려주는데 그것을 나중에야 알았음. 아파트먼트를 이용했는데 주방용품도 잘 갖춰져있음. 해변이나 투어를 갔다오면 방 정리가 잘 되어 있었음.
체크아웃할 때 항구까지 페소에 픽업해준다고 해서 신청했으나 가는 도중 차가 망가져 트라이시클로 이동함.(겉모습만 귀여운 차였음)
위치만 빼놓고는 추천함.
