This hotel is far enough away from the crowded Alona Beach area to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to take advantage of the many restaurants. With the free motorcycle provided with the room, all the local beaches are easily accessible. For me this is a much nicer place to stay than on the crowded strip of beach that appeals to many.
The owner is German and the rooms are keppt "German Clean". The pool and grounds are immaculately tended.

the best thing about this resort was the owner, lives on site of this wonderful private and cozy apartments and does anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. the place is about 1-2 km away from alona beach which means its a short mortobike ride away (motorbikes are provided by the resort)but its off the main roads so you have the feeling of solitude and seclusion. the rooms were big and the apartments had an outdoor kitchen. i will defiantly stay again on my next trip to bohol

This resort has only few small houses and nice garde with swimming pool, what make it very nice and cosy. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Whole place (rooms, garden, bar etc.) is very clean and well organized. Place is very safe and secured by a fance and guest-friendly dog.
It's located around 2 km from Alona Beach, but it's away enough from the crowdy beach noise. Morover, you're getting motorbike for whole stay for just 300PHP (per stay, not per day). Motorbikes are not in the best condition but enough for basic transportation and sightseeing. Airport/ferry pickup is available with good rate (400PHP). Breakfast is not included, but it's not expensive and is tasty and large. Sound isolation between rooms might be better.
