Darunday Manor is located at Tagbilaran city which makes it accessible to malls and fast food chains. The room is clean, but there is no mini refrigerator that can be use to store beverages.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you would like to find a place that is at the heart of Tagbilaran City and you have limited budget, this place is for you.

Nice rooms, better than great service
very close to Domestic terminal and Manila International Airport, nice food chains close by, friendly and helpfull personel

Because I had a transfer in Manila, I needed a hotel for 1 night close to the airport. Darunday Manor (on the outside of the building: Budget Hotel) is on walking distance from the Domestic Airport (Terminal 4).
Since my ATM expired a few days earlier, I arrived with a problem: I didn't had enough money for the terminal fee for the International Airport. So I described my problem and the personel was very very helpfull and kind in helping me out. This hotel is certainly on my number 1 lists if I have to stay close to the airport again. Cheap, but nice rooms for a short stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you arrive at Terminal 4, you can walk to the hotel. It is just accross the street.

We had a nice time staying at darunday the staff are very nice and helpful. The only thing I can comment is that the wifi connection is only at the lobby of the hotel I hope they could do something to improve anything than that, it's nice and comfy.

we choose this hotel as it is close to the pier and located in the central of cebu city. It's only a walking distance to the BQ mall and only cost 30peso to take the TUTU to the Island City Mall. The staff is friendly and the room is clean.

In the heart of the city. Only a 5 minute walk to BQ Mall.

I had no problem buying groceries and pasalubongs and eating out. The mall was near the manor, and just 10 minutes by tricycle from the airport. Hiring a car is a must if you want to see the sights on land. Panglao is an attraction in itself, and you'll need another day just for the "surf" tour.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Leave early for the land tour if you want to avoid the queues at chocolate hills and tarsier conservation area. No problem with the Loboc river cruise since a buffet boat leaves every half hour.

the hotel is a good economical choice for tagbilaran city. teir staf is very friendly, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. they are by far the best "selling point" for this hotel. rooms are nice, but dated, no elevator, but a wide staircase, a/c works well and the facility is very well kept and clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ask the front desk to set up tours, it is much less expensive than using a travel agent of paying the "local rates"
