not as bad as you would expect

our stay in this hotel was okey, beacuse of the reviews i saw at trip advisor, i lowered all my expectations about this hotel, when we got there, the room is nice, big and clean. our only complaint was the small aircon for this room. bathroom for the family room that we stayed in was big and clean, i could not say if the other rooms are the same because when we were asked if we wanted to transfer to another room the room was smaller and the bathroom is dirty, so we decided to stick it out with our room instead. to all traveler's please be nice and the staff here would reciprocate with the same attitude, just like any resort or hotel in this country.

the room is not what i expected it to be. there were lots of mosquitoes, bed sheets had stains everywhere, the bathroom is untidy, staff are very incompetent, there's no phone in the room so if you need something you have to go all the way to the front and tell them what you need.

We loved our stay here we havr a nice and large room. The resort is strategically located at the panglao beach. Nice view of the ocean and its food is a value of money. Their staffs are friendly and nice. I would definitely be returning at this hotel.
