We enjoyed the white sand beach and swimming pool
white sand beach, pool & the restaurant has variety of menu to serve, live band at night singing acoustic songs and bossa and the spacious family room.

Our stay in Dumaluan was all fun and relaxing, we enjoyed the white sand beach and the swimming pool as well. Food was great, the restaurant has variety of menu you can choose from. Live band at night singing acoustic songs and bossa is also perfect for couples. Their Family room is very spacious perfect for couples with kids.

It's expensive for what you get.

Check in staff were rude and NOT VERY HELFFUL. Room was ok although had to change after 3 days to what seemed a worse room. Kitchen staff were great although food was ordinary and EXPENSIVE for what it was. The beach is the seller of this hotel. It's clear waters, it's relaxing atmosphere and comfortable shady areas if you want to get away from the sun.
We discovered that if you walk outside the hotel to the main rd you can get a tricycle that will take you to main beach (alona) for a flat fee of $150 pesos however the hotel said there was no other form of transport other than their own at a cost of $400 pesos
It was an ok stay however pricey for what it is.
If you like the beach you can't beat this one. In our 6 days we shared the beach with maybe 20 other people in total

not as bad as you would expect
big rooms, food is not that bad and prices are okey, beach is one of the best in bohol

our stay in this hotel was okey, beacuse of the reviews i saw at trip advisor, i lowered all my expectations about this hotel, when we got there, the room is nice, big and clean. our only complaint was the small aircon for this room. bathroom for the family room that we stayed in was big and clean, i could not say if the other rooms are the same because when we were asked if we wanted to transfer to another room the room was smaller and the bathroom is dirty, so we decided to stick it out with our room instead. to all traveler's please be nice and the staff here would reciprocate with the same attitude, just like any resort or hotel in this country.

Beautiful Beach Resort Location
The room was beside the swimming pool, swimming pool was child-friendly, clean area / surroundings

We stayed here March 13 to 15, 2013. The staff was very friendly, polite and attentive. We availed two deluxe rooms. The room was spacious and has a big bed, with bathtub and shower, and the room that we got was near the swimming pool, very convenient for my kid. During check-in, I noticed that one of the rooms has only one lightbulb working and the aircon was not functioning well. I immediately went to the front desk to report the problem which is a 3-5 min walk from my room. When I returned to the room, someone was already inside checking the problem (talk about prompt service!). He replaced the light bulb and cleaned the airconditioner. The beach was also beautiful, white sand, clear water and my kid enjoyed it (beach) and also the swimming pool. Public transport is also available thru tricycles. Sunset is also beautiful and the shoreline gets wider because of the low tide. At dinner time, there's a band that will serenade you while you eat and goes on until 11:30 pm. The only thing I did not enjoy here is the food (imo - fair, not delicious) but I'll definitely return here.

Very nice stay at this resort.

We have had a very nice vacation on Dumaluan Beach Rsort. We were 4 adults with 2 kids, 4 and 1 year old. We have room type "executive double"(2x) and was a good choise.
This is the only resort in the area. Alona beach is 3-4 km(400pesos/cab)away and a walk to this beach is not possible cause the cliffs in between. The only acceptible restaurant for us was at the resort and we thought it was good. Philipino breakfast was included and good. Personnel was gentle and service minded. Sightseeing arranged by resort(3500pesos/all persons,family/6-7 hours/car) is recommended. We have lot of swimming and snorkling and when we left the resort we were very satisfied with our stay at Panglao, Bohol.
