- rooms were not clean, flies could be found in the rooms
- the food was bad with limited choice for diners (buffet) and the restaurant was not in a hygine condition. Flies were everywhere and made diners disturbed
We were told that the hotel is of 4 stars in Bohol. As the price was relatively high, we would then expect a high quality of services and highly hygine environment to be provided by the hotel. However, what provided to us was below expectation. The standard rooms were small and dirty ,the buffet dinner was bad (diners were irritated by the files and the choices of foods were limited - only 5 dishes were available and not hot enough), the services of staff were bad - they even would not collect the used dishes).

The resort do really have 4 star amenities, beautiful pool, views, clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful park, and of course good services. The resort is far from other resorts and other tourist destinations and the only ride they can offer is their shuttle that will give you free ride going to the airport and vice versa. It would be much better if the Resort will provide a van or have contacts with some tricycle drivers for cheaper price that will take their guests from resorts to other tourist destinations. still a recommended resort for familiy.
