the room is just enough for a couple, small but clean. with cable tv and wifi is free. breakfast is available at the hotel's cafe. the receptionist is accommodating. the place is near the popular alona beach. you will not go hungry because there are lots of restaurants nearby especially along the beach, selling various kinds of food.
Travel tip:
Do not miss to watch the dolphins in the early morning. Snorkeling at the Balicasag fish sanctuary is highly recommended.

With a friend of mine, we stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I liked the free use of wifi. They serve great food at reasonable prices. Restaurant is located just across the hotel. They have friendly staff. The rooms also are clean. For easy transpo, tricycles and taxis can be found just few blocks away. This is just 5-minute walk going to Alona beach.

check-in was a breeze, the staff at the reception was very hospitable, very welcoming, truly an asset to the hotel. the room was decent in terms of sizing and amenities. complimentary breakfast was simple yet satisfying if your not that picky. location was exactly 6 minutes and 45 seconds for your both feet to touch the crystal clear water of alona beach which indeed was not that far. at night you will really doze-off for it was so quiet during the evenings within the vicinity, a real-bang for the hard earned buck!

we stay in the air-con village and it is newly furnished with a clean toilet. very worth for value!!
Restaurant Tip:
the resturant next to hayhay pizza has a really good live music during the bbq dinner time!! very romantic!

the hotel is about a 3-5 minute walk from the beach so be sure to bring the things you need when going to the shore to avoid going back and forth. there are a lot of restaurants and other establishments nearby so looking for a place to eat or hang out won't be much of a problem. be sure to take a look at their countryside and island tour packages because prices are very reasonable.

They should provide service pick-up from the port going to their hotel because its really hard to find a cab/taxi to send you to the resort.

Clean hotel and lovely cafe below.

It was about a ten min walk to the beach so close enough but without being right on the beach front so able to get able from the busy beach area. Cafe below was handy, pain au chocolat and croissant fresh each morning for breakfast. They also made us some sandwiches to take on a day trip and they offered wine, cheese and olives etc for the evening. Our room was a good size for two people. The window did look onto a road so you did have to keep the curtain shut if you didn't want people to see in but as only there in the evening this was fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arranged a couple of trips though them and both trips were good. They offered to clean the room each day if you want as well.

simple room and bathroom, the air condition unit is noisy and defective.although it is located near the alona beach. the food and accommodation is reasonable. i really love the chocolate roll being served in the cafe (it's the best i have ever tasted), breakfast is also delicious.The staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating, they also speak fluent english.

Pristine, Good Location, Excellent Value

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are wonderful, and taking a hot shower was a bit of a novelty after travelling in the Philippines for a while. Beds were comfortable. I stayed in one of the cottages, so can't comment on the rooms.
The gardens were well manicured, with a sitting place in the centre for relaxing away from your balcony.
Its a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach, and past the best Spa in the Philippines (2 minutes walk). Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Pay extra for the air-conditioning. I nearly melted with just the fan room.
