At the beginning we where disappointed cause they sent us in the new building which is 5 min walking from Alona beach. Our room view was disgusting, rubbish everywhere around the hotel. The room thought was really nice and new. Small nice swimming pool. If choose this hotel make sure your room is in the beachfront structure.

Very close location to Alona Beach, numerous restaurants and shops.

Very pleased to have stayed at the Lost Horizon Resort Annex. Beautiful swimming pool. Away from the noisy waterfront restaurants and resorts. However, the resort was within a 3 minute walk to the beach.

All you need for Alona beach

Roosters are out back and started cackling around 2 am and they didn't stop. So we had to get earplugs. Other than that the room was big and clean and they have a nice little pool. Happy hour is all day with 35p San Miguels but you'll be at the beach, mostly. The food is bland but is decent for a snack. You have to walk down a dirt road then through the Lost Horizon beach hotel to get to Alona. It takes 5 minutes. It's also a 4 minute walk to the main street. So the location is decent. Overall, good value with ear plugs.
