The Annex is not loctated on the beach. It takes 10m walk to the beach. Other aspects are fine. It is worth of the price in general.

Lovely hotel, we didnt mind the location
The pool was perfect at night.

The room was clean and it smelled good. We had our own safety deposit box and the wifi was fast. I noticed theyve got routers in between two or three rooms. They have happy hour starting at 5pm i think. The beer was 30pesos per bottle compared to 60 pesos in the beach front bars and hotels. Lastly, we had room service and the food was great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
there are a lot of money juicers. the locals will say to you the island hopping ispesos good for two persons. dont forget to ask the inclusives. because when you get there, you have to pay additiional pesos per person to ride a bangka to the fish sanctuary (which we gratefully regreted because the ride was a walking distance by shore and from there, it takes only 3 mins to get to the sanctuary) plus another 150 pesos for renting the snorkel gear. they will intentionally not mention these things to you beforehand.

Wonderful Basic Hotel!!
Great Location, Away From the Beach and Noise, Near Laundry and Restaurants

This resort has two hotels, the main resort on the beach and the annex about a five minute walk along a dirt path to the beach. I prefer this location because it is quieter and less expensive than the main resort.
Room had a good size and a big bed. Wifi, cable, flat screen tv in room. Nice little swimming pool with water fall. Nicely landscaped hotel grounds, friendly staff and restaurant on site.
They do have a dive center on site at the main resort, in case you wish to learn to dive. If you are already certified, you can dive with them. I preferred the dive shop at the Aquatica, as they rented me tanks, the Lost Horizon Resort dive center does not. That dive shop is currently called Scuba World; but is changing the name with new ownership.
There are many restaurants along the beach from which to choose and some local restaurants on the main road above the beach if that is what you prefer. One the main road, about 3 minute walk from hotel is a laundry. They will launder you clothes overnight and drop them at your reception desk for no additional charge.
Restaurant Tip:
The french toast is delicious!!!!

The hotel provides an electric kettle and a complimentary bottled water and coffee for each guests.It is rightful for the price and I am willing to pay for another stay when I come back to Bohol.

Clean and Near Alona Beach

We stayed here for one night when we went to bohol. The place was a few mins walk from Alona Beach but not that far really. The room was clean and the bed was big. I love that the TV was LCD and there was free wifi. The breakfast was also nice but the waitress was not and had an attitude. I'd stay there again if I ever visit bohol.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If ever you visit Panglao Island make sure to try the Malunggay Ice cream in the Bee Farm. It's awesome!
