Good hotel but seen better days

Parts of this hotel look like a 5 star others look like a 2 star. I think it was a much better hotel in the past. but we had an excellent stay here and its location is perfect. Slighly over priced but I would stay there again. Had to choose between bacon and sausage at breakfast would like them both on a full english

the hotel is neat and comfortable. it has a great location,restaurants and shopping center are just at a walking distance. great value for your money.

My husband and I have stayed in the hotel twice with our children. We were provided with a crib which we really appreciated. We had a comfortable stay and what I like the most is its very accessible. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating that check-in/out was a breeze. Rooms were quite small but clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient and accessible. And for whatever you need, their Sundry Shop is just a few steps from the entrance which also sells souvenir items at a very affordable price!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Upon arrival at the seaport, they have a free shuttle which takes you to the hotel.

Very near/walking distance to shopping malls, airport, churches, banks. There is freeshuttle from airport to hotel.

Highly recommended at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, the food was not good at all, I invited my friends for a dinner but we didn't like the food. It was really disappointing and the food were too expensive. Tips: don't order food from the hotel, there are many restaurants nearby, like those in BQ malls (Payag, Gerrys Grill, McDo, etc), Andoks, Jollibee, which are walking distance from the hotel.
