Decent hotel in Panglao Island

this is a nice hotel set about 8-10 mins walk from alona beach. nice pool, rooms are pleasant and clean. there is free wifi but only works in public areas - by the pool, in the lobby etc. doesn't include breakfast but bought it once - it was fine, nothing special. plenty of restaurants nearby. has a gym but you have to pay for it.

Get a pool facing room.

Clean and Quiet Resort
The price of this Hotel is approx. half price of the beach front hotel.

it take 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the alona beach. the room is clean and quiet. i very enjoy the sun barthing in the pool side. the food is good and the price is reasonable.

Nice, basic, clean accommodation only a short walking distance from the action
There was a nice pool - we didn't use it but heaps of other guests seemed to enjoy it
Hotel food was pretty good, as was service
Wifi did not work from our room. It only worked in common areas and the signal strength was ok
Overall a good stay and we would return

simple no frills hotel.
clean, nice staff, tv in room, hot water.

panglao regents park is set a bit a little away from the beach, but is a fine place to stay if diving, going on snorkeling tours, etc. it does actually have a nice pool area, but guests would probably head out during the day and use the hotel more for sleeping and having breakfast.
as with most places in the phillippines, the staff was super nice and pleasant.
