Lovely hotel and service with a smile

overall a peasant stay, nothing to write home about but nothing to go ballistic about either. rooms are clean, fair sized. (we got the double bed @ annex). bed is ok. a/c works well. tap water is salty for brushing and has bad smell, just let it run for a few mins before doing stuff. wifi speed is ok and free.

We loved our stay here. It is a very nice place for a reasonable price. The pool is definitely awesome to have. It's only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach which was perfect. We would stay here again for sure. There's no in room wifi unless your right beside the lobby, but it wasn't a big deal.

Panglao Regents Park is just 10 minute walk to Alona Beach, so convenient for the quests and also a sort of exercise. The pool was lovelier the third time around. Last time the pool was a bit greenish, and not that inviting. They have upgraded their housekeeping service also, quicker this time. We enjoyed our stay :-) We'll definitely be back soon and will stay again @ Panglao Regents Park :-)

Visit C.U Restaurant just 5 minute walk from the hotel :-)

We stumbled upn Panglao regents park hotel thru agoda.com only, and tried booking. The check in was fast, our room was in 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the main bldg. Annex Bldg, is quite new.. room is ok. hotel basics are there, with in room safety dep. box. No breakfast included.
My bad experience was when i entered the bathroom the towel hanger had a cement tile embossed that made a cut in my arms, for those with children, do be careful, it might hit their head.
Over all ok..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try hiring a motorcycle for 400 /8 hours. Gas excluded. You can go to Bohol bee farm, Bohol Coco Farm-try the sky walk, go to Dauis Church.
Hire a boat for island hopping, just be very careful with the boatmen, who would gladly assist you. so valuables be kept with you, try buying water resist bags so you can better protect your valuables. Bring Snorkel gears and Aqua Shoes, for bohol is famous for Sea urchins that might hit you.

We thank the Lord for bringing to a place like this Regent Park a place suited for people like us whose preference is peace, calmness,quietness, and course the overall beauty and comfort of the place.
We are happy that the guest who stay there seems to prefer that kind of peaceful atmosphere. I have observe that those who stay there are with their families, i mean it is a wholesome place though there may be some exemptions but generally , it is a really a good place.The room where we stayed is very comfortable and clean ( cool aircon, with personal frigs, good comfort room with hot water ), We find it very relaxing also to stay at their pool with enhancing cleanliness and good design.We actually had shot lot of pictures around the pool.
Additional features for this place is their close proximity with the beautiful beaches of Panglao. We also spent and enjoy our time there particularly at Bohol Beach Club. Then returning again to our room at Regent for a good rest and sleep.
We hope we could return there again together with my family and some church member. I think that is what's lacking in that place and to the whole place of panglao - a real Godly atmosphere, Praying that his presence will be known in the island of Panglao. God is not KJ. he also want us to enjoy the beauty of His creation. Right?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Alona beach has feastive atmosphere or surroundings but iprefer bohol beach club and its neighboring resorts due to its peaceful and calm atmosphere, and good wide view of the sea.

i like the hotel inspite were booked at the annex area, very expensive food its only ok for the foreigner.the kids loves to swim coz the swimming pool is very clean.we pay addtl fee for the addtl kid ages 12...im expecting they will consider coz we have a hotel in cebu, its a known and big hotel but they consider the younger age for us as long us we will not ask any addtl matress and pillows.hoping that they will consider also for all filipinos to try panglao as cheaper amount spl food.

I have nothing major concern about Panglao Regents except for the salty tap water flowing in their faucets. It's quite disturbing taking a bath with salt water.

Try their Sex on the Beach cocktail. I had a nice try drinking it.

Nice staff. Reasonable prices on food for a "resort" but it should not be called a resort since there are no grounds for walking, just a small courtyard that surrounds the small very well kept and clean pool. Room furnishings were very sparse. There was no way to relax and sit down but if you're there to lay down it's ok. Internet in rooms is weak unless you open the door and face the front desk with your laptop but if you open the door, you can get a good enough signal to make calls with a magic jack. If the door is closed you can barely even surf the web. The main problem with Panglao Island as far as price is that the malls are in Tagbilaran and they are the only places with cheap food unless you're Filipino and can find where the restaurant workers buy their food to eat as one of my former employees did when he was there.
Restaurant Tip:
Better to stay in Tagbilaran and just spend the day at Alona beach. You can enjoy all the amenities of the city, save tons of money, and spend the money you save on touring more than just Alona beach.
