My stay was OK, owner is friendly but sometimes it is getting noisy around the bar area. No swimming pool and small territory. Otherwise it was good value for the money.

Very nice and quiet hotel

the resort is quite new, located about 10 minutes drive from alona beach. the owner is originally from french speaking quebec, canada and has a great attitude for providing service for people. the rooms are clean, except beware of sugar ants, so do not leave anything on floor or other open places. the breakfast is very inexpensive, no need to go somewhere else.
the curtains in rooms do not completely 'cover' the view, so remember that when coming from shower to avoid embarrassing situations.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Travel to resort from Tagbilaran by motorbike taxi costs about 200 P. Going to beach cost about 50 Pesos and you can also rent the motorbike from Roberto's for about 350-500 per day, gasoline not included.
