Good location but very basic

good location, near seaport and airport. the room was good and clean but the water heater rely on solar energy so when you come when its raining, its not operative. and everything you requset comes with a charge, extra pillows or towels, 50 pesos, tube ice for a glass of water, 20 pesos. i request for tube ice because there is no fridge inside the room. but the staff and complimentary breakfast was good so i still recommend this hotel.

Very good locations, but rooms are remodling, so everything is so simple. only a small tv and 2 beds in the room.

Nice hotel close to the port
Good attitude of the staff, clean large rooms

hotel is located jus 15 mins walking from the ferry port, but in hot weather you might still want to get a taxi or tricycle. rooms are nice and clean, quite big, give comfortable feeling. window is small, but we could even see sunset from the room. staff attitude is very helpful and positive.
the only disadvantage is that there is no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby which is not air-conditioned in the evenings.
Travel tip:
Just 10 mins walking down the street is shopping mall where there are supermarket, some restaurants, atms etc.
Hotel can arrange you Bohol countryside trip for quite reasonable price.

nice hotel, convenient location

Very good hotel w/ nice staff.Even though it's only a small hotel, but quite convenient in shopping,dining and relaxing.Massage house,shopping mall, hospital,restaurant and laundry are all nearby this hotel. And the hotel is clean and the staffs are all nice.
Restaurant Tip:
A Chinese restaurant nearby w/ a chef trained in Macao, which can offer you fresh seafood.

Nice hotel with great service
Nice place to stay, if you won't to rent scooter and drive around to visit waterfalls or national parks. Nice rooms and one of the nest breakfast in Philippines

i stayed there for one night and in the morning went to the waterfalls. hotel located really good, because it's close to pier and shopping malls. very helpful and kind personal, ready to help you any time. i would like to stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the ferry pier coming from Cebu. Not much to do in the city itself but a tricycle to Panglao island is very easy, takes about 30 minutes. Rooms are clean with hot water and airco, big plus is the very friendly staff, can help you with a lot of questions and ideas. Had a pleasant stay

Sun Avenue is an excellent choice for a city break before going to Bohol's Panglao island. The rooms are big and roomy, and has the basics we needed. The hotel staff also have a great local knowledge and will gladly share these to you. But one thing that can be improved on is the cafe, since it's only open on breakfast and even then has a limited menu.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
BQ Mall has some food choices if you're not into the local cuisine.
