walking distance from the beach but away enought to not get bothered by noise etc
no spa facilities onsite -
We were under the impression that it was a spa hotel but the staff were happy to book you into a Chi spa at another hotel just walking distance but if you then have to walk back to your hotel with your hair all over :) depending on what treatment you get. Apart from that the Hotel was lovely and clean and there are all none smoking appartments so they are lovely. Very efficient pick up from the airport to the hotel and the cover is small but stunning and really peaceful a true paradise get away. Loved the place and the people will try and help as much as they can.
Hotel Feature Tip : go to the cove

Location: So near yet so far. It's a stone's throw away from the bustling "strip" of Boracay, but yet once inside the enclave of the resort, the mood changes abruptly to something of tranquility and seclusion. The well-landscaped courtyard adds to that very refreshing atmosphere that filters the cluttering noise of Boracay.
Rooms: They are generously big and comfortable.
Staff: Very courteous and helpful.
Private Cove: It is one of a kind. A private beach to yourself where you can relax at peace.
Shuttle Service: Very prompt.
Architecture: Balinese inspired and very neat.
I missed reading my morning newspapers which they don't provide.
No stationery in the room.
The experience I had staying at Asya was beyond my expectation.Although a bit on the pricey side, the hotel gave justice by way of the amenities provided, such as a private speedboat that shuttled us to a private port, an exclusive cove with white sand beach that guests can enjoy for themselves,a very refreshing courtyard that serves as a good escape from the maddening crowd of Bora, and a host of other good features that are worth commending.
Restaurant Tip : The hotel can arrange almost anything for you from sightseeing, shopping,food preparation. But since Boracay is just a small place, it's good to explore the island by yourself. It's cheaper. Tipping is not encouraged, but upon check out, a gratuity for all the staff is appreciated that you can place in an envelope.

well trained staffs, the hotel transfer service is excellent and memorable
The sand on the Coves is a bit rough. Also the airconditioner in the room is a bit noisy
I like the garden style of the hotel. Staffs are polite and well trained. However the hotel nearby area is a bit disappointing, local peoples are living there and they are like a construction site at the moment. The location of the hotel is still ok and quite convenient, very close to the wet market and D'Mall.

1.friendly service
2.private cove and facilities
1.poor breakfast
2.small hotel and swimming pool
Basically compare to my other 2 stay resort in Boracay, Asia is too expensive for its' price. As the same price resort "Regency" is much bigger,professional and decorated then Asia. Therefore I will say that I probably won't stay in Asia next time when I go Boracay again.
Hotel Feature Tip : it would be great if they could show all the price for the service they provide under the hotel introduction brochure.

Fantastic service; very accommodating and friendly and always smiling staff.
Toiletries I guess - a little improvement on the soap.
The room we had was huge - with two queen size beds and a day bed > very spacious to fit a family of five with three grown teenagers. The microwave provided additional convenience. The interior decor of the hotel (and the room) was done in Balinese style - very very nice and very very Asian and it had that minimalist effect. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, too! And try their mojitos - I love it! And of course, nothing can beat the speedboat island transfers which my children really loved! I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would highly recommend it to my family and friends.
Nightlife Tip : Juice Bar, a little farther down the hotel, is great!

modern decor, helpful staff, free mini bar
breakfast could have had more variety between the days,
location is not right on the beach,
audibility of everything going on outside the room
Though the hotel isn't right on the beach, it is not a far walk. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful in organizing itineraries for us and making sure we were comfortable. The decor of the hotel is very pleasant, updated in style and amenities. We found the hotel to be more simple than the website made it seem. A lot of families with children stay here - it's not as hip as is portrayed by the photos. Nonetheless very pleasant. The only real complaint we had was that you could hear every sound from neighboring rooms/hallways/construction going on next door. The hotel is set between two residential plots, and the island is still very much under development, yet overflowing with tourists. The private bay that the hotel has could be much more exciting. Since the hotel is small, you're basically there by yourself - there are more employees than guests, and though they have a canoe and a volleyball court, the sand has quite a bit of debris, and you can't go too far in the canoe. There is no restaurant or bar there - you can get a sandwich, soft drink or a beer, but that's about it. We did talk the hotel into packing us a lunch from their restaurant, but usually they don't allow outside food either, which is strange. A couple hours here max before you get bored - if you want to be alone on a beautiful beach, better to take a trycicle to Puka beach - just don't leave your belongings unattended, and be aware that you will get swarmed by local bead necklace/bracelet vendors - you can tell they live in extreme poverty, and a purchase by you will give them enough to live on for a couple days, at least. If you're looking to socialize, best to go to the main strip of beach/shops/restaurants/clubs. The shops are not very special, so if you're looking for cool ethnic markets and boutiques, this is not the place. Boracay is comparable to Cancun. The locals, despite the poverty, are happy and friendly, but they will always try to sell you something.
Restaurant Tip : The Italian restaurant with seating at low tables on the beach - good food, excellent drinks, fantastic ambiance

Complimentary private airconditioned shuttle bus pick up/drop off from/to airport/port and Cove/hotel;
Complimentary private speed boat pick up/drop off from/to port/Cove;
Complimentary welcome drink;
In-room check in;
Free in-room Wireless Internet;
Luscious garden;
Matching/suitable decor (in room and around);
Sense of privacy;
Helpful/knowledgable staff (always with a smile);
Numerous bathroom amenities;
Rainshower head (In large shower space);
Large airconditioner unit;
Problems we encountered were: Ants invading our food sealed dry food supply; no cutlery or dishware provided with the kitchenette; Insects/mini reptiles on/around the poolside furniture and shower/toilet.
Just looking at the hotel's front gate gives you a sense of an exotic getaway. This is confirmed when you walk in through the doors and find a beautiful oasis of lush greenery and decor. At check in - actually you can't even call it a check in, because it's more like a walk through - when you arrive, you are greeted by the most hospitable hosts who provide you with a complimentary drink, a photo taken of you and your company, and plenty of hands to help carry any luggage. 'Check-in' happens inroom, so while any oustanding paperwork is being completed, you are guided through the rooms amenities and hotels services in comfort and privacy. Also another Pro to add, is the fact a private airconditioned van and speed boat picks up and drops off to/from Caticlan airport/Hotel - stress free service! Another handy feature (though we weren't able to avail of this service due to the hotel's Christmas party) was that they have what is called 'The Cove' which is a private beach serviced by a snack/drink bar, sports/water equipment, seating/tables and shower rooms. All sheltered away from the hussle and bussle of the Main beaches and plenty of cover for those extremely hot sunny days. We stayed in the Courtyard suite which is even a little too indulgent for my liking, but worth it. There's two queen beds, which are a god send for just honestly spreading your 'wings' and relaxing. Airconditioner is HUGE and does it job well. Amenities in bathroom were plentiful, they had given 4 of each item at the beginning of the stay and provided more on request.
Nightlife Tip : Nightlife wasn't very lively during the weekdays, but apparently hits off on weekends. So if you plan to party - party on weekends!

A very quiet place, clean, with great staff and very comfortable rooms.
I think this type of room should be furnished a little bit more; it looks a little bit empty. The room service (food) is not available after 23.00 (the restaurant and the hotel have different management. The hotel is not at the beach front.
We had a wonderful 7 days at Asya Boracay. This is a great place to stay if you want to live in a quiet place in Boracay. The beach is less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel and the main bars and restaurants at Station 2 are within a 15 minutes walk. The staff at the hotel get a perfect "10" and they were always ready to help (we had a problem with our flight tickets and they managed it efficiently).
Nightlife Tip : Start the night at Cocomangas and Gillis Island, then move back to Station 2: "Hey Jude" has a great music and a 24 hours fast food restaurant beside it.

Bet big spacious rooms, comfortable pillow was being prepared by different hardness.
Hotels in Boracay may be the same everywhere, and low temperature. Cold to warm the body is not good.
The windows of the room is a mirror, and thus are not visible from outside the room. Moreover, planting has been shut out of the room opposite the balcony and was able to stay calm. Poole is a large, but the night was lit up beautifully.

Hotel services great, especially his airport pick-up, let your journey easier. Location is also good, very close to the beach from No. 2,3. Hotel facilities very good, very clean. Decoration style is my favorite color beige. There is another point, he is next to the Public Security Bureau, was safe.
The smaller the pool, the water is not too hot, not a liquid crystal television.

Are good enough to warrant mention a few points, this would be a TV than we have to live in after a few smaller. But for resort hotels, most of the time we were outside, so it is not necessary.
Restaurant Tip : To the white sandy beach 100 meters direction home Spanish restaurants, great taste, there is a restaurant Saturday night special, packages of 400 pesos, it is worth
