Affordable and Good breakfast. Untidy place with mosquitoes around. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was really very uncomfortable , starting from the area , the room and toilet were uncleaned with stank smell.The beds were also movable and noisy when moving around.Althought breafast was nice but still we had to go for 5 minutes walk to reach 6the la carmella (this is where they serve the breakfast).

- affordable, semi-deluxe can fit 4 people, deluxe can fit up to 6 people, near the beach, near the talipapa, convenience stores and tiangge abound the area - not beachfront, no fridge, only makes up room every other day, dirty kitchen, no ice, have to deposit for the TV remote, overall, you get what you pay for. for a high season.

Good location just 50 meter from the white beach Not cleaning of the room during my stay Was a good hotel selection, good value, even in the extra peak time that was when i stayed at the end of january 2009 the location is just a few meters away form the main beahc, white beach and far from the noise during the night, problem you can have is you saty in from line of the beach

The hotel is well located up an alley in the middle of White Beach. It is one of the cheaper options in that area. The staff are friendly and helpful and security is good. The hotel is quite old and has not been refurbished for some time. Therefore, rooms are poorly decorated. Further, beds are narrow and mattresses thin and old. Bedding is also of very poor quality. I stayed at the Boracay Courtyard for four days during the peak season at Chinese Spring Festival. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly, and prices are very competitive. However, the hotel has not been refurbished recently, rooms and cramped with two beds in a small room, and the bedding and bathrooms are of poor quality. OK for students and younger couples on a budget; others should look elsewhere.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is a new place opposite this hotel called Amigo. Huge beautiful rooms with terraces a/c tv and double beds. Very good value.

barking dog out side of my room I stayed here before in the past and the hotel has gotton better they seemed to have fired most of the old staff they are very cheerful and very plesant i payed a total of about 50 dollars a night because it was super peak season I still had to ask for toilet papaer all the time and soap also was not provided but it didnt bother me because i had my own already they clean the room every other day and they offer a free breakfast every morning I think that its worth the money but i wish that they could control the noise outside the basketball court outside has guys who drink there late at night and play loud music they stay up till midnight some time till early morning they dont care about the other hotels near them because i guess they own that property the dog barks all the time to get attention so if you are looking for and area that is quite this is not the place for you its cheap for a reason its a no frills hotel just a place to sleep im drunk half the time so the noise does not bother me to much

the staff was nice. the location was good although it was stuck in an alleyway type of street. location near the beach which was a very nice beach and good clean and clear water. the affiliate hotel was very nice since you can use the pool and jacuzzi. the complimentary breakfast was good. the rooms were basic but adequate and clean. lock box was handy.

The breakfast is very good. They supply the buffet breakfast which eat at a nice hotel. The room space is narrow and a little old. The hot shower system us broken, but they don't know this problem. less than a minute walk to the beach.. very nice people, comfy rooms, hot water, very affordable, great location (nice neighborhood) and the best of all is the BREAKFAST BUFFET!!!! love this place!! very close to the market and D'mall too!! a little hard to find..but just ask the unfamous la carmela de boracay and they'll even take you and help you with your luggage to get there! anything else? i have no complaint!! Compare to other hotels??? I wouldnt take risk!! this is the most worth every penny hotel!! $17 per night(2 person) with free breakfast buffet?? its a 3 star hotel i guess? but it has a lot of potential! I dont know what others say (negative) about this hotel but for me?? its like home!! feels like you own the place! privacy, friendly staff, quick service, and clean.. I totally recommend this place!! you'll gonna love it!! why spend $$$$ on other hotels if you can just use that for fun!!! parasailing, jetski, atv etc etc! parasail for 1200 php jetski 1500php and 500php for ATV per person!! great deals if you know how to talk..hehe you know what i mean!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : keep bargaining!! play your cards!! you'll save that way!! a lot of vendors out there!! just bargain!! specially on watersports!! bargain them!! they'll give up!! parasailing is 1700php bargain it to 1200php you should get it!! atv? go straight to the place they'll charge 400php if you bargain the owner! jetski? 1500php for 30 mins! deal!!! for nightout though? i like disco but mostly they only have rockbands and older hiphop music.. its ok.. nice beach very warm weather.i actually got sick hehe change of weather..

near talipapa and just a minute to the beach, food is nice. Hotel staffs are not update in room make over, If you are on budget this hotel canbe of choice but if you are particular in cleanliness you need to remind the staff cause they will not do the make over fro you unless you request.

They dont have soap! Good thing I brought one! Me and my husband stayed here for 3 days. The place is just a minutes walk to the beachfront, Talipapa and various restaurants. Don't expect much...but you can get much value for your money.

The staff are friendly and you can go to the Carmela Hotel for breakfast and use their lounge chairs on the beach in front of that hotel during the day. The room was windowless. The bathroom was dirty and did not get cleaned during my 7 day stay. The shower was broken and emitted only a dribble of cold water. The was a dog tied up in the courtyard who barked every morning and every night. You had to ask for toilet paper. At the courtyard Boracay you get what you pay for. $25 a night will get you air con and TV (barring the inevitable brownout),and two standard beds. What it does not buy you is a clean bathroom, towel/bedding changes, fridge or a chance to sleep late in the morning. Since it is not on the water front you can enjoy the 5 minute walk to get breakfast at an affiliated hotel
Restaurant Tip : When you get to the end of the alley facing the beach turn left and head for the coffee shop across from Charlie's. Great coffee, great service.

Economical but least equipment If it rains hard, the path to the hotel area will be flooded You cannot expect much for the hotel, but I was very satisfied to stay there. There were least but enough equipments (Aircon, TV, Shower&bath..) I'll go back there definitely for the next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Anything you want for High season I guess.. But there were not much for Low season (I went to Boracay for Low season..)

No soap provided and I would always have to ask them for toilet paper. You get what you're paying for. Over all it's a cheap stay and the only thing that off sets all the negative items that I mentioned earlier is the free breakfast.
