Overall my stay was nice. Nothing fancy almost exactly what I expected for the price. Staff was very friendly, they don't clean the rooms but you can just ask for more towels, t.p. etc. whenever you need it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go with a group to get a discount on some of the sight seeing, sailing trips, etc.

2nd review I've written for this place, but overall my stay there was very good. Room is basic, so if you need alarm clock, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or anything else besides a towel and toilet paper, make sure you bring your own.
Hotel Feature Tip : go to the tourist center just down the way towards station 3 to rent safety deposit boxes when you go out for the evening for credit cards, camera or anything extra you don't need. I had everything stolen from the beach when I wasn't looking. Had nothing to do with the hotel.

The accommodation was good enough for what we paid. The hotel is very accessible and the rooms are decent. The bathrooms could be better. Tends to get dirty. Generally my boyfriend and I were satisfied with our 3-night stay at Courtyard. We have no major complaints except for the bathrooms. Maybe the management could make minor improvements to address the cleanliness. I would also like to point out the kitchen, perhaps the resort could make adjustments to make the kitchen and its equipments more accessible to its guests. Overall based on its price Boracay Courtyard is an ideal hotel to stay in if you are budget conscious.

Dirt Cheap For Boracay. Rooms come with essentials. Not beachfront. Lots of noise around. Construction going on during my stay. Shower pressure almost inexistant This is a good deal for the price if you are trying to budget your stay in Boracay but still want to have all the essential commodities such as: Hot/Cold shower, AC, TV. It's less than 5 minutes walk to get to the beach at station 2 and you get to use La Carmela's pool, bar and free daily breakfast during your stay. Area is very noisy though but hey this is station 2 where all the bars etc are. Downside was the Shower pressure that was almost inexistent.

some times they are not able to clean your room every other day I enjoyed my stay at the courtyard hotel I had a deluxe room the 2 beds were big and actually this room is meant for 4 people but we were only 2 in the room I had my own lanai so I could dry my cloths after the beach, I was glad that my room faced the back of the hotel because there is a cooking place called turo turo that cooks BBQ all day and they make a lot of smoke the side that I was on had no smoke just fresh clean air they were unable to clean my room every other day because they seemed under staffed the breakfast comes with the hotel stay and its good in my opinion you have to walk beach front to there sister hotel I enjoy this hotel because they are near the talipapa where I like to get fresh fish and have it cooked at the resturants that are located right next to the fish market in talipapa

we got upgraded for some strange reason Boracay courtyard did not look decent and safe from the outside. I was not able to see how the rooms looked What i found very odd is that even after booking the accommodations as early as January - The resort gave our accommodations to someone else. Yes they upgraded our accommodations to La Carmella however what if La Carmella was fully booked? - their sister company. The appearance from the outside was a bit scary. It was completely open and did not have security when we went there. The place did not look like it's pictures. The good thing is it was in station 2 (closer to station 3) so atleast you were in the middle of everything.
Restaurant Tip : food is cheap when not eaten in the beach front areas.

nice cheap hotel with complete access to Carmella Hotel (front beach) with cheap rate and excellent service. im satisfied. the hotel is situated in the heart of boracay, located at station 2, with almost 3 mins walk to d'mall and talipapa market. The room rate is cheap, but with fantastic amenities and friendly staff. With complete access to Carmella Hotel (beach front). The best deal this hotel can offer is the barkadahan and family package where buffet meal is served at very affordable price.

I could not provide the pros because i transferred to the sister hotel. - Staff needs to know how to treat guests the way they should be treated I reserved the semi-deluxe room which, as far as I could remember, is good for four persons based on the website. When I arrived, I was shocked to see the room the staff assigned to me - it's good for two persons, with no window to let the sunlight in (there is a window facing the stairs and if you wanted natural light, you must be comfortable being seen by all guests passing by). Construction work was in progress on the upper level and it was very noisy. They gave me meal tickets but told me that I have to walk to their sister hotel for breakfast. I asked the resort staff about the room but one lady insisted that semi-deluxe is just the same as their superior room - good for two persons only (as if she really knew what she was saying). In order to confirm, I had to access the internet on my own. Good thing I brought my lap top and wireless broadband. I confirmed that I paid for a room good for four persons. So I went back and told them what I found out and they were speechless for a while. They said they will look into it and they called their sister company. I waited for almost three hours and nothing happened. Finally, they said since I am alone for the meantime, I have to stay in that room and they will move me to a deluxe room the following day because no other room was available. Sad thing is, I have to wait for other guests to check out before I could move. In my mind, I was furious. I only have four days in Boracay, my father and friends are coming and I have no room for them. I have no time to deal with this. I asked them if I could speak to the manager but they did not allow me to do so. I was tired from travelling and the way they handled my concern made me impatient. So I went directly to the sister company and spoke to the manager. I told him I don't trust the staff at Courtyard and there is no way I will stay in that room. I don't think I can enjoy the beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You must try helmet diving, banana boating, parasailing, island hopping (where you can visit crystal cove island, snorkel on your way to crocodile island, have lunch at yapak beach and enjoy its clear blue waters. there's a lot to do in boracay. my first day was a mess but the rest was paradise!

accommodating staff; value for money Our stay in the hotel was fine. The breakfast included was nice – it’s buffet in its sister hotel, La Carmela. The downside was you have to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get there. Also, you can use their pool for free. This is a good hotel if you are in a tight budget.

well, it's close to the beach, has security and looks somehow cool the staff was ok, the security seemed to do their job at night. but then, the room were just bad compared to other hotels for a similar price (not found on agoda). the bed is made of plastic. the location is ok, since it's very close to the beach (3min walk). still, I would never stay there again because it is far too expensive for the room quality.
Hotel Feature Tip : Villa Simprosa, a small and very nice hotel at the beach, for 1500 Pesos per Night (probably cheaper in the low season)

cheap hotel - good for sleeping - hot water - breakfast included and good (buffet) need to go to another hotel for breakfast - very noisy hotel ... little room with 2 beds with minimum confort. disapointed by this resort. if u need just a place to sleep and hot water at a cheap price, here u are. but not easy to sleep! very noisy hotel. people don t respect the others. i could sleep only before 4 am..so if u go out and come back at 1 or 2 am..very hard to sleep.. lots of shops near, for turism... for lunch all is closed at 11 pm.. the breakfast is good, buffet, but need to go in another hotel...even if i enjoy my stay in Boracay i was disapointed by this hotel

- affordable, semi-deluxe can fit 4 people, deluxe can fit up to 6 people, near the beach, near the talipapa, convenience stores and tiangge abound the area - not beachfront, no fridge, only makes up room every other day, dirty kitchen, no ice, have to deposit for the TV remote, overall, you get what you pay for. for a high season.

Good location just 50 meter from the white beach Not cleaning of the room during my stay Was a good hotel selection, good value, even in the extra peak time that was when i stayed at the end of january 2009 the location is just a few meters away form the main beahc, white beach and far from the noise during the night, problem you can have is you saty in from line of the beach

The hotel is well located up an alley in the middle of White Beach. It is one of the cheaper options in that area. The staff are friendly and helpful and security is good. The hotel is quite old and has not been refurbished for some time. Therefore, rooms are poorly decorated. Further, beds are narrow and mattresses thin and old. Bedding is also of very poor quality. I stayed at the Boracay Courtyard for four days during the peak season at Chinese Spring Festival. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly, and prices are very competitive. However, the hotel has not been refurbished recently, rooms and cramped with two beds in a small room, and the bedding and bathrooms are of poor quality. OK for students and younger couples on a budget; others should look elsewhere.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is a new place opposite this hotel called Amigo. Huge beautiful rooms with terraces a/c tv and double beds. Very good value.
