Small intimate hotel in a good location right on the beach. Near to shopping centre with good restaurant choices.The room was spacious and clean, but needed a decor update.The staff were helpful and very attentive. The breakfast was limited to an American breakfast, but the evening buffet meal was really excellent and good value, or go Al La Carte at a reasonable cost.
Good location right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Really attentive staff. Room okay but needs updating. Evening buffet meals were good and inexpensive.
Building work was going on at the time as they were updating the rooms. Breakfast was limited to an American breakfast. Also the breakfast drinks, Coffee, tea, juice was limited to just one serving.
- Restaurant Tip : Good central location, good restaurants nearby, but don't eat at the big mouth restaurant, the food was awful and the service just as bad.

The hotel is very nicely situated, with the dinner room in front of the beach. They always have buffet dinner, where you can eat whatever you want for 350pesos. Nice live band puting life to dinner. The resort can help you organize your holidays by making all the bookings, which is quite nice. The owner has just changed, so they are still renovating the hotel (modifying some rooms, the vegetation, etc.) so expect some noise, even if they make themselves invisibles.
Very clean, beds are new, very comfortable. The team of waiters and reception are very good.
Breakfast and buffet dinner are cheap and very good.
Still renovating it, we had some work noises during the day.
- Nightlife Tip : Go to the Summer place and play some pool with a live band acts.

At the time we arrived at the hotel we were a little disappointed by the ongoing renovation/construction which started bright and early in the morning. The room was nice enough for us, although there were no extra outlets to plug anything into. The nice thing about the hotel was the proximity to restaurants and a shopping mall.
The hotel is right on the beach close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
Still in renovation phase, very noisy.
