Rooms are very clean and quiet. Perfect view of the ocean. The price is very reasonable for what you get.
We had no bad experiences this trip.
The whole trip turned out good. The staff was great, very helpful with everything. Even helped get us back to the airport on time with all the bags we brought. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A very good experience I will return to this hotel when I go back next year.
Nightlife Tip : There is plenty of things to do near the hotel so getting around was very easy.

front desk staff was nice
bed was SO hard!, location was a bit too out of the loop, bathroom smelled like sewage, food was inedible
this place should be avoided as there are so many other better value places that are in better locations. I dont recommend staying on that side of the island unless you want a quicker get away to leave the next day...

Nice pool, Clean bed, Friendly front desk
Leaking and faint smell of urine in washroom. Frequent harassment by flies in the dinning area.
A nice, intimate resort with a swim-able pool. A short bridge over the pool, but it is a bit low so that you might hit the bottom of it. The breakfast is acceptable, though more variety will be welcomed. Front desk is able to meet most of our requests, including an adapter for my charger, but ignored (or didn't receive?) our requests sent through agoda while we made our reservation here.
Restaurant Tip : Bug's Grill near D'mall in Station 2. Food is ok (dinner buffet at PHP250). Nice live music. The singer, Aldrin, plays excellent guitar and sing beautifully.
