Location and Service!!!
Nothing beats Boracay regency in regards to location no hotel can compare.... the service was also impeccable...
the quality of the buffet meal wasnt great however the chinese restaurant Zhu and the Gazebo Grill are definitely great!
I though the regency was the best choice! for the folowing reasons:
no hotel has a better location
the service by all the staff is always amazing...
it is one of those resorts where your not the only one swmimming in the hotel pools
the facilities are great with 3 pools... a good gym which is always rare.... and even when you get back at 4 in the morn after a big party you can always get some service in regards to housekeeping etc...
there is also good security on the beachfront so you dont get mobbed by locals selling you activities...
Shopping Tip : dont get your clothes washed at the hotel though its great service there are much cheaper places in the mall which is just a little walk from the hotel

Strategically located, very accessible to the eateries and shops, wide beachfront, a wide selection of breakfast buffet, friendly hotel staff.Room has partial view of the beachfront.
De Luxe Room is quite dark.
Had a great stay (4D/3N) with my 2 daughters. Relaxing to doze off on the beach with the cool wind and the sound of the sea lulling you to sleep especially after a good massage! What a good way to unwind! I will definitely come back here!
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel has several swimming pools and has a gym.

well spread out, clean rooms, great restaurants, great swimming pools, excellent and friendly staff
noisy window unit air condition
Enjoyed the stay very much. the friendly and excellent service from the staff compensate for the noisy air condition unit in the room. also, the hotel is conveniently located on the long strech of white powdery sand and crystal clear water. Will definately return and perhaps book early for better rooms.
Restaurant Tip : if you chose to dine out, the Bugs grill gives excellent value for money
