Review of Boracay Beach resort Guest Rating: 4.3

The room that I stayed in was on the ground floor by the pool, I thought that this could be noisy, but this turned out not to be the case. The breakfast was good, but the main attraction was the position, being near the beach (15 meters) and close to all the facilities.

Very close to the Beach, also being near station 2 it was in the middle of everything, restaurants etc.

The entrance road to the front of the hotel was very potted and gave an initial and incorrect perception of what the hotel may be like.

• Shopping Tip : There are limited AMT's and the ones that are there 50% do not work, if you see one working, take advantage of it.

The hotel has very good ambiance, environment also good, the room is excellent and very comfortable. Can consider as 5 star hotel. The location is very good too, and very convenient to go to anywhere...

The restaurant food are cheap, very clean.

Transfer vehicles from Hotel to Jetty should change to better car like" Toyota Hiace".

The Boracay Regency Beach Resort is a very comfortable, service-oriented, quality option in Boracay. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it comes close. Located right on the beach, its extensive grounds are beautifully landscaped. Both the rooms and the exterior of the buildings are well designed. There are several large pools. The service is very good. The room was quite nice. The food was very good, especially at breakfast, and the service in the restaurants was impeccable.

Very nice, spacious room, with balcony (I think they all have balconies), nice bathroom. Superb included breakfast buffet. Gorgeous grounds, this is a very large resort, with several large restaurants right on the beach. Good service.

Like many places in the Philippines, they neither provide nor understand decaffeinated coffee.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For our 3-day stay, the beach and the area near the hotel was very windy and rainy, due to a typhoon centered far to the north. However, a 5-minute tricycle ride brought us to the other side of the island, where the water was flat, with little wind or rain, and the snorkeling was very good.

Our room service bill was P800.14, they asked me for one peso but didn´t give any change, which I don´t care about, but seems stingy for a hotel like this, who claims to be a luxury hotel. Aside from this, you get what you pay for.

They gave us a deluxe room since there were no available superior rooms.

There are signs everywhere with reminders like: no stains in sheets or towels, don´t steal nothing from the room, don´t break this or that, otherwise you "will be charged accordingly". They even called us at 11.30 to remind us that check out time is at noon. We felt treated as if we were kids.

My Boracay Vacation ( 10th Yr. wedding anni.) Guest Rating: 4.7

I really enjoyed our stayed at Boaracay Regency last Sept 5 for its our 10th yr. anniversary. We enjoyed eating our buffet breakfast and the friendly services that the staff of the hotel rendered. We appreciate all the assistance they provide and we definitely stay again at Boracay Regency when we have again our vacation in the near future with our two kids. Thanks!

I like their service and the amenities. The hotel is located at beach front so its accesible to swimming and shopping.

I noticed that there is a water leakage at the hallway roof and at the dining table at Zhu coz that time the rain is pouring. Repair is a must. They need to serve a daily newspaper also at every room.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You have to experience the turtle island cave, banana boat ride, parasailing, shopping and the beautiful white sand you ever see in the whole world. Its worth it.

The day we arrived they upgraded us from Deluxe room to premium room for all our stay in Regency, so the moment we went into our room, it was facing the main pool view, the atmosphere was great. Pool is very well designed, with a bar on the side of it so you can swim to the bar and have a drink in the pool. At the beginning we only book for two nights because i don't like to stay in the hotel where the most tour group stay in, but after the second night, it was really hard to say goodbye to the hotel, not just because the location was so convenient for us, but the hotel facilities, the staff, and the room, and how you feel proud when you walk into this hotel. This is our first time in Boracay so the location is very important for us. Hotel is a plus to this trip. Tour group didn't influence us at all, but just made it harder to extend our stay in Regency cuz even in low season when other hotels tried their best to give you the discount, Regency is always fully booked. We had great time staying in this hotel, of course thanks for upgrading us to a better room, and also the staff made our stay in Regency a better time in Boracay.

there are two big and great swimming pools for you to choose, great location that is easy to reach the crowded and busiest areas but not disturbed at all. Professional hotel staff that brings what you need at the first moment.

some parts of the hotel is under construction, though it is refurnished, still made noise if you still want to sleep in the morning( i think they started around 9 am). Breakfast area is good, facing the beach and the other side facing the pool, but not taste good. Anyway the food and drink in this hotel isnt very nice. But good atmosphere. The material in the main pool around jaccuzi area scratch your skin so have to be careful.

• Restaurant Tip : Ole spanish restaurant and Cyma Greek food restaurant serve the great exotic food in D-mall area. We are very picky in food, but these two are really unforgettable for us and the girls working in Ole made the restaurant a happier and lovely one to spend your time there.

Regency is the best hotel in boat station 2. Not for the one who want tranquility as located in the busiest area. We loved it as its near all the restaurants. Also hotel restaurants, try the chinese, good price and excellent. Avoid Japanese and Korean, not as good. Excellent for families or young couples.

Hotel located near boat station 2 among the restaurants and bar. If you want a quiet surrounding try Friday or Discovery, but if you like to party, Regency is the best hotel in this location. Staff upgraded us upon our request with a 50% discount. Really good bargain.

Front desk have really good staff (same service quality as 5 stars) but too many of them who take notes of your requests but never follow up.... Hotel management should look into it.

• Restaurant Tip : If interested to eat lobster, check the different restaurants, prices can vary a lot.

Enjoyable Holiday Guest Rating: 4.7

The hotel was very pleasant for our seven day stay. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of good choice. The hotel had its own restaurants which were nice for lunch and dinner, but best of all is the hotels location right next to the beach and a very close stroll to many bars and other restaurants.

Hotel location could not have been better.

Hotel floors were slippy when it rained.

We checked out room at 04:50 cause flight schedule. We had requested hotel to prepare breakfast box in advance since it had full paid. However, when we opened the box at airport,we were all disappointed what the poor context they provided. That should not be the quality from a 5 stars hotel at all.

• Hotel Feature Tip : To have hotel arrange pick-up and transport to airport service is good value (only 300php/person), if compare with the way arranged by yourselves.
