the hotel was very nice and love to stay with.

the room that i got was too small. It's not the same i've seen in the internet.

It's my first time to visit in Boracay. I was expecting that the place was very nice and clean thinking that it's like a paradise. Unfortunately, it was a bad timing knowing that their is a storm approaching to that area. I was afraid i get stack. Thank God! nothing happened. But inspite of everything i would say it's nice to stay there if the weather is good.

Nightlife Tip : It's gonna be fun if you wear nice swim suits and walking in the middle of the street without having any hesitation. People doesn't care what you wear...just be yourself!

Location beach front, has a great pool, spacious and comfortable bedrooms

No Free Wifi, no bathtub for de luxe room. Although it is a beachfront hotel since it is big you might get a room a little far from the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Regency Hotel in Boracay. We booked for a standard room and luckily we were upgraded to a de luxe room. We checked in at 12noon, left out baggage at the concierge since our room was not ready yet. Usual check in is at 2pm, we got our room at 2:30pm. We went for a swim while waiting so it's really not a bother. Our room was spacious and cozy. Set up of room was simple in white decor, lighting's warm. Both standard and de luxe room has no bathtub but its ok. Bathroom's big and clean complete with toiletries. Towel and bathrobe available but no slippers. A lot of cable channels to choose from. Fridge was empty but food is available at their store which is open from 6am to 12mn. We loved the pool with the jacuzzi in the middle. Stayed most of the morning there since its high tide at the beach. Nice to go swimming late at night too since the water's warm. Love the bar in the pool too. It was very relaxing. You can ask for a beach towel in the pool area which you can bring to your room. (but not to take home). Breakfast buffet was good. Got lots selections. Definitely with just a little more money to spare we'll definitely stay here at Hotel Regency Boracay again.

Restaurant Tip : Love the food at Fish and company in D'mall. Average price. Smoke in D'mall is really a bargain but the food is good. Of course there is the ever trusted Shakey's near Regency Hotel and check out starbucks just go past D'mall.

great swimming pool, friendly staffs, walking distance to D'mall, Talipapa seafood market and wonderful nite life places nearby...

small TV set, the air-conditioning is a little bit noisy

Regency Beach Resort is located on station 2 that is closed to both D'mall and Talipapa seafood market. The hotel staffs are warm, friendly and helpful. The only thing I'd like to suggest is to change Plasma TV:-)Basically, Regency is worth the value to be there.

Restaurant Tip : if you love to take seafoods, I suggest you go to Talipapa seafood market. It's just 10 mins walking distance from Regency beach resort. You are able to buy seafoods in the market. Don't forget to bargain the pricing with vendors :D It's fun, cheaper and delicious...There is nearby restaurant can cook your seafood with your preferred flavor such as butter lobster, chilli shirmp and fried vegetables...Yummy Yummy!

good location, at middle of boat station 2 with access to all main attractions, like O'mall and endless restaurants at station 2 and 1. good facility, with good and comfortable rooms.

road access to hotel is flooded during heavy rains with no drain facilities. breakfast don't include enough international ingredients.

overall one of the best hotel in station 2 and 3. will definitely return to it and recommend it to others to stay.

The place is just in front of the beach. The hotel is huge and the rooms are clean and spacious. The children loved their pools, they didn't even want to go to the beach. The staff were very accomodating and helpful and even upgraded us to a suite room. If we were to go back to Boracay again, this is the place.. no question about it. We loved this hotel.

None

This hotel is an excellent choice for my family and friends with young kids. They have 4 swimming pools and each one has a unique attraction. The kids loved to stay in the pool, they didn't even want to go to the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Our needs were all met while we stayed there. Staff were there as soon as you asked for something. The hotel location is a plus. It is just right in front of the beach and d'mall. There is nothing bad I could think of about this hotel, it was truly a pleasure. We will definitely stay there again, this is a super nice hotel and most importantly, the kids enjoyed their stay as much as we did.

Top notch with all the amenites. best spa.

paid wi-fi access.

Regency, I beleieve is the best hotel in the area. Very clean rooms and super friendly staff. When initially assigned a smoking room, it did not take long for them to move us to a non-smoking room. The restaurants were all very good especially the included breakfast buffet. The spa was even better than spas I've been to in Napa, USA.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do not go in June. We had rain all three days we were there.

Location Breakfast Clean Massage

Noisy until midnight

Boracay is a lovely island and this hotel is a great middle class choice. We got a non smoking room only 50 m from the beach! The breakfast is great and the SPA even so - I will defintely recommend this hotel if you can live without luxury.

Travel tip : Shangrila is a good chocie for lunch Fridays is serving a poor dinner - not worth it

The bar by the pool, the friendly and honest people at the hotel. Housekeeping actually found my wallet I accidentally left outside my room. The money and credit card was returned with everything intact. All the money was accounted for with the time the wallet was found and when they returned it to the concierge. Excellent people!

Front desk personnel should be more pleasant. They need to smile more. That is why they are at the front desk. The buffet should be better. Although they offer the seafood and steak that foreigners would likely enjoy, the taste wasn't so good.

Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay. Very clean. The pool in the middle of the hotel is an excellent location. The beach is within walking distance and the service was superb.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There are many bargains for water sports if you know how to haggle. If you are friends with any of the locals, let them haggle for you. The water sports offered are cheap to begin with but I hear that there are other businesses there taking advantage of the tourists and would charge double than it would normally cost. If you like the nightlife, you will enjoy this hotel since it is located at the heart of the nightlife around the beaches. Get a massage everyday... it's very good and very cheap.

Central location, close to the beach, food in restaurant, parks and gardens.

Front desk/reception unorganized, noise, air conditioning.

The receptionist asked whether we'd like to upgrade to a premium room, for a slightly higher price then a deluxe room, as they had double booked the deluxe room. I was unaware that they had charged my credit card 2000 pesos ,with out telling me,and i still have not re-cover them.

Restaurant Tip : Cristina Restaurant has great food quality.

Beach-front hotel. Nice facilities.

A bit pricey.

Plenty of rooms for everyone to choose from. Staff members are polite and nice. Beach-front access is convenient for those who love the sand, sea and sun.

very elegant, very close to everything commercial, excellent food, great service, big rooms

mosquitoes, too many vendors outside, food menu has too many "not available" (china restaurant)

Boracay Regency is one of the best hotels/resorts i have been to in Boracay. for people who want a pleasant stay with all the expensive comfort at a lower cost, you should stay here. plus, it is very close to everything in the island. around 2 minutes walk to the mall and talipapa, and right in the center of everything. great food for price, and personnel are very friendly. we didn't need to go very far for anything we needed. the vendors outside, though, were a bit irritating if you don't want to go island hopping or anything.

the customer service is outstanding. food is great, lots of pools to choose from, close to shops

the pumpboat transfer from caitclan to boracay is scary need a better boat.need more place wash sandy feet.wobbly tables in seabreeze restaurant, close to shop therefore its loud at night

our stay in this resort is 4/5. As soon as me and my sister arrived in caticlan airport we were taking care of. the staff that helps us transfer us to land and sea were very efficient. i knew right away that we will enjoy our stay in boracaY regency. When we got to check in they upgrade us to junior suite which made me happy. but later on realize they stuck us in old wing of the resort some of the furnitures have unquestionable stains i complained and told them if i can just get the room i was promised to when i did my reservation to the new wing they told it didn't say that on my reservation . they showed me to garden deluxe room which really look horrible. so we just stayed in old room we had. When we came back we have all different furnitures which is lot more cleaner . i was glad they did that. i think that's the only part that was bad about my stay. Everyone in this hotel is very friendly and accomodating . The bartender in pool bar is great. the waiters in seabreeze are really good our table was wobbly during breakfast and before i could ask them to fix it the waiter is actually on its way to put some paper in our table to keep the table from moving. now thats what i call SERVICE!!!the housekeeping people need to do more training.

Restaurant Tip : At seabreeze restaurant make sure you sit on the beach front area nice place to eat your breakfast while looking at the beach.

Nice location in center of the beach...Outstanding buffet here in the morning...rooms were very nice

I really didn't have any complaints on the resort

I would recommend this resort to any travelers visiting Boracay. Sure sometimes it is a little more expensive, but it was worth the upgrade considering what the resort offers. Helpful staff, clean rooms, 3 swimming pools (including one with bar) and of course a outstanding location. If you have the chance, make this resort your destination in Boracay.
