We enjoyed our 15-days at the Casa Pilar. AT the end of our 15 days, we felt like family to the Casa Pilar staff the cuddly including Million, he is the cute dog who is full time habitue of the chair by the reception. During the stress and hectic of checking out, my husband forgot his medication at the hotel room fridge. Good reliable Casa Pilar found the medicines on time, contacted us at the Wharf and sent two of their personnel on the fast motorcycles and gave us back the medicines on time before we boarded our trigger boats which would bring us to Caticlan. I doubt it if we got such a personal treatment had we stayed in a bigger hotel.
If one is going to Boracay with family and desires stress free vacation with service, then Casa Pilar is what one is looking for. Not too far by tricycle from the Wharf. The Restaurant Offers a variety of Dishes. Happy Hour. Friendly Staff. Security on Duty 24/7. Discount on the Spa adjoining their building.
This is not the place for the young who looking for the party scene as they would have a long walk back to the hotel after the party. Meaning if a family travels with party going children, they need separate accommodations at Stations 2 and 1 as Casa is on station 3.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Try their Rice Squidos at the hotel Restaurant. It is rice cooked with Squidos so something like Squid Risotto. It was delicious. We had comfy Shiatsu back Thai massage at the Spa adjoining the hotel and got a reasonable Discount.

Pretty basic rooms, but they were cleaned daily. However, the water stopped one day.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do an around the island sailing trip with "Wave Song."
