that was an horrible experience for me!!!
when I arrived I had to wait almost two hours for my room to be ready and this was even not the categorie room I Had paid for.
the following day they upgrated me to a front beach room who end up beeing beside a room under construction, so it was impossible for me to rest at all!!!!
when i complain, the manager told me that it was the best he can offer!!!
I think that this hotel is the worst in the area, that the managing is everything but not profesional and that the price is really not relative to what you get!!!

I liked this hotel it is just in front of the beach, the location is perfect, the rooms are nice and big, but the hotel is old, it need to be repair.
I don't recommend the hotel to old people, because the hotel have lots of stairs.
The staff are very nice but they have to pay more attention to customers on the beach, and maybe they can put some music in the bar.
The best thing about this hotel is the location.
The rooms were big, nice and clean.
The staff were nice.
The hotel need to be repaired, the hall and the swimming pool are old.
Nice hotel in Station 1

The Pearl of the pacific was a nice hotel for Boracay. The being said standards in Boracay differ greatly from western hotels or even those in Thailand. The sheets and beds were very comfortable and clean, everything else was nice in its day but has obviously been neglected over the years. Most rooms had nice new flat screen TVs, but no channels so a waste of money if you ask me. Money would be better spent maintaining the rooms. Most of the rooms are located off the beach at the back of the property, we had a few problems with those rooms, no hot water in one, no cold in the other, and of course no view of the ocean. So we spent the extra and upgraded to an Ocean front room. Much nicer view but the room again was in need of a little TLC. That being said the beds were still very nice, clean and new. Which is always important that's were you spend most of your time when you in your room otherwise you're on the beach. The Pool we never used as it was at the back of the property away from the beach. The food and drinks were excellent, you may pay more but you're on the nicer end of the beach away from most of the vendors trying to sell you stuff. Station 2 and 3 is where all the action is: shopping, restaurants, pubs, atm, etc... I guess its all what your looking for. Other Hotels are much cheaper, book online you'll save a bundle.
Location, best part of the beach for water and sand conditions. Good food.
Far end of the beach away from a lot of the action. That could be a pro or con, depend on you. We had some trouble with the rooms, but after moving twice and upgrading to an ocean view room we were finally happy.

The location of Pearl of the Pacific Hotel is perfect, but the hardware (particularly at the hillside) needs to be improved.
Best white beach, very friendly service, and the free massages.
1. unstable hot water system at the hillside
2. incomplete information (the reception did not inform us we have the free massages and did not provide us with the breakfast coupons at the reception, either).

I could not expect station 1 has such poor hotel. Unbelievable, a really big spider with hair (size is similar to a hand of adult) running across on my bed and pillows. Housing keeping could replace the pillow and quilt covers immediately. Also, many mosquitoes are inside my room and in the garden. Room guests have to walk across the main road of Boracay before going to the hotel restaurant, reception and white beach. Hence, guests must beware of crossing the main road. Hotel restaurant has too many flies and ants, which are close to the foods, sauces and drinks. I really regret staying at this hotel and will never go again.
Breakfast included. Free 1 hour Swedish style massage. Big LCD TV, DVD player with 5.1 speakers and King-size bed.
Too many insects inside and outside the room. Many mosquitoes in the room. Always no hair dryer available to me (2 nights). An unknown machine is very noisy every minute outside my room. I feel the room and hotel are dirty everywhere.

Pearl Of The Pacific Hotel Boracay has really bad staff.
The staff claimed that my room was very dirty, and they had to clean it so they would charge me more on the last day. The hotel dinner was very bad, and the food was burnt.
Beachfront
Terrible staff at the hotel.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : White Beach is soo beautiful but don't use this hotel. If you want to enjoy, stay at another hotel.

The hotel is well located within station 1. It is one of the few hotels not to have those unsightly wind breakers blocking your view of the beach. The staff are friendly and the room was clean. Very satisfied overall, and we'll be back.
Do not be afraid to go in August. Although it's the low-season, there's just the right amount of people on the island so that it does not feel deserted or too crowded.

Nothing that springs to mind.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Let the hotel staff organise your trip back to the airport at the end of your stay. They take care of everything and your ride in a comfortable aircon SUV.

Almost $100 a night is a bit too pricey for a beach stay, but it's Boracay - one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen - so it's worth paying. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is well-located, not too far from the scene yet far enough to allow to enjoy beach serenity. The room was just OK, clean but its AC was noisy and the sliding bathroom door was jammed.
Friendly staff
- a bit too pricey
- noisy AC
- Hotel Feature Tip : Try the hotel's spa.

I had liked to meet with the owner to tell him how ashamed he should be owning a place with such a potential to make it such a poor place. Prices are ridiculously high, standards are far below a 3 stars hotel in europe, swimming pool is surounded by ciment and it seems like no one is taking care of the garden. Staff is nice but so innocent. Ask for the bar because you will never find it by yourself!
Pathetic place!
Try your best to avoid. Let's hope the owner will have to sell it one day to someone who knows what an hotel is in such a wonderfull location.

My trip was cut short due to this lady trying to make money off of us and shove us all in one bus. It was so crowded I had to share one seat with a lady for over an hour and a 1/2.
I am glad that I didn't let her win and we booked it on our own!
