Service is good and staff is nice.

Hot water of shower is cold.

The hotel can provide good service and room is clear and comfortable. Their staff is nice and professional. However, the hot water of shower is not hot. The swimming pool is very very small and the coffee of breakfast is very bad. Ignore above problem, you can enjoy a beautiful beach and lovely sunshine in this hotel.

Location, beach, shower room

food

We enjoyed staying at the Pearl Of the Pacific. After checking at other hotels, this one by far had the most beautiful beach in front of their hotel. It rained at lot while we were there and which made it little difficult for us to walk all those steps outside of the hotel. We enjoyed complementary spa massage at tne beach side. It was luxurios experience.

room's nice and clean; a complimentary massage for staying

bathroom's old and not impressive, a lot of hiking necessary to go to the hillside, the hotel is worn and tired looking

The glory days of this hotel have definitely passed. While the room is clean and comfortable, the hotel is quite worn and tired looking. For those staying at the hillside, prepare for a lot of hiking and crossing the road! I don't think this hotel is a good value despite of its good location.

nice name

no service, unfriendly staff, bad breakfast, no hot water.

This is the worst hotel on boracay. Showers in your room are with either cold or colder water, not to mention the very low water pressure if you happen to be in a hillside room. Other than the receptionist who welcomes and checks you in there was not a single staff who smiled or said hello as they walked by. Don't make the mistake of using the pool - the water is so full of chlorine that your eyes and skin will burn for hours after a brief dip. Breakfast was cold and the entree choices pathetic - not worth getting up for. Oh by the way don't forget pack some patience as the hotel does not only limit guests to one beach towel, they also make you sign everytime you use one. If there is no other boracay hotel available but this one i would rather go to cebu.

Courteous staff, great location if you like some quietness. We had a pool side room which was great. Great free breakfast. Good free massage.

A little farther away from the night life but that's what we enjoyed. Not only for this hotel but the whole island is prone to electrical outages (we bought candles for this expectation which we did not regret.) Electrical adapter for the DVD player was missing. Lucky we brought our own. Closet and shower doors were hard to open and close. Showers has enough room for two to enjoy at the same time.

This hotel is located at "Station 1." It's a little farther away from the night life but is within walking distance. We liked the distance because there is loud music at "Station 2" where all the night life is till late at night. There were not alot of people at the beach front which is nice. Most of the people congregate around "Station 2." I am planing to go back when I marry my Filipina wife from Quezon City. We had a great time getting to know each other with the quietness and semi-secluded distance of the "D Mall" and Station 2. I have great photos of the area and like I said, my fiance' and I had a wonderful time there and it was worth every penny.

Hotel Feature Tip : Great location if don't mind a 10 minute walk to the night life area, but far enough away so you don't hear the loud music at night. Very close to beach. Beach chairs are for guests only. Very courteous staff!

Beach front room

The other half of the hotel across the road not on the beach.

I just came back from Spending 2 weeks at the Pearl of the Pacific Hotel in Boracay. I stayed in a beachfront room on the first floor which was very clean and well kept. The manger of the Hotel was very attentive to my needs and the waiters were spot on. After exploring white beach i have to say i think that the Pearl of the Pacfic hotel has got to be the best location right beside willys rock. I defintaly recomend this hotel and i intend to retun on my next vacation. I do have to say though that i think a beach front room is essential when going to Boracay and staying at the Pearl of the Pacific.

Location, friendly staff, big rooms, good cable tv.

room access (had to take an elevator or golf cart).

This is a great hotel. Its location at Station 1 is near Willy's Rock and grants you access to the best part of Boracay's beach while not keeping you too far away from D'Mall where all the good food is. Would definitely go there again! But this time hopefully in a room closer to the beach.

Restaurant Tip : Great breakfast at Tibraz near Red Coconut in Station 2.

Location

Old

At the arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the location right on the beach. Although it was right on the beach, it also was nice and quiet when supposed to. I had booked a room with pool accsess, which turned out to be a real waste of money. By pool accsess I expected to be able more or less jump directly from my room into the pool as I have been used to from other hotel. In this case I then would have to jump horisontally 10m from second floor. The brakfast buffet was a real joke and absolutely not worth paying for. It turned out not even to be a buffet every day without any explanation of course. The room itself had a nice bed and a new flat screen tv and dvd which I never even turned on. Everything else about the room was a disappointment! In short it was OLD and in desperate need of upgrading. When checking out I was presented a bill sounding 1300pesos for something I still have no idea what was for. I didn't have time to argue... All in all I will choose another hotel for my next stay on Boracay despite the location.

Stylish interior design with nice service~

The room is a little bit small.

There are some negative comments about this resort before. But since this resort has done some renovation on the room, now the room has no problem and the service is nice. We got a free massage, necklace as souveneir, and a welcome drink. The reception staff is willing to help too. I recommend this resort to you.

Very friendly staff, relaxing room (pool side), spacious beach front area with enough deck chairs, free breakfast and an unexpected spa treatment for 2!

Hillside rooms are just too far to walk. They have an elevator but its quite scary to use. To be fair, they are planning to improve access via golf carts...just not sure when it will start to operate. Insects in the bathroom that eventually went away on our second day.

I have read horrifying reviews and saw some discouraging pictures about Pearl of the Pacific right after pre-paying for our 3-night stay. I wanted to cancel booking but glad that I didnt. As extra, I booked for Caticlan-resort transfers as well and was very pleased that we were well taken care of. We had a hassle-free check-in complete with complimentary drinks and seashell necklaces. We were also given 2 complimentary spa treatments which we appreciated so much since it was unexpected. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. The room I booked was the pool side one and I was delighted to see that it was newly renovated/refurbished. It even has flat screen tv and dvd player. Although you would have to cross a narrow street to get to the other half of the resort, it didnt bother us at all. They have staff on duty to make sure that you cross the street safely. Breakfast wasn't so fabulous but it was alright to get you started. The juice that they serve is instant but the brewed coffee makes up for it. I just skipped on the juice the whole time because I just do not like the artificial taste of it. For lunch and dinner we just went to station 2 for more food choices. The location of the resort is perfect for those with children since they do have a clean, spacious beach front area complete with chairs. There are still people trying to sell you souvenir items but not as much as in station 2. I have booked us for island hopping and since the wind was quite strong that time the trip had to be canceled. I had no problem refunding my payment. We had a pleasant stay altogether sop we're definitely coming back next year.

Travel tip : Just take a short tricycle ride at P10/person to get to station 2 where the better food places are. We enjoyed the barbecue buffets along the beach and the Chicken Inasal at D'Mall.

The best of Pearl of the Pacific Hotel is the location at the Withe Sand Beach, the friendly staff and the nice Spa.

The Deluxe Rooms are only standard quality and most of the items inside are old (except TV)and the bathroom with shower is old, dirty and destroy.

It is one of the best location at the With Sand Beach but they have to made some news in the rooms. You need only a walk of 15 Minutes to the center of Withe Sand Beach where are many restaurants and shops. Boracay is really a very nice place to relax.

well i couln't find any weakness of this hotel. just when it comes to expenses, it was a bit expensive.

managment - staff -

that was an horrible experience for me!!! when I arrived I had to wait almost two hours for my room to be ready and this was even not the categorie room I Had paid for. the following day they upgrated me to a front beach room who end up beeing beside a room under construction, so it was impossible for me to rest at all!!!! when i complain, the manager told me that it was the best he can offer!!! I think that this hotel is the worst in the area, that the managing is everything but not profesional and that the price is really not relative to what you get!!!
