2. near to the beach 1. poor breakfast with only bread and coffee
2. Broad Band is not available, only with wifi but had to pay for it.
3.water activities facilities are not available as mentioned. The overall condition of the hotel is acceptable, but have to mentionthe cons as above, that's really the fatal ones for the stay: breakfast and broad band, also the water activities are not available.

i stay 3 days at boracay. i get a room at the back of hotel . all in wood . some problems of mosquitos , aircon is not efficient , and the walls in wood are thin . thus it s a little noisy .but without road , we get immediatly the beach with chairs of hotel. in more , i stay one night more and get same price after negociate with staff.
