Clean, excellent location, large pool

hotel lobby needs a little improvement

The staff were very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us that we upgraded our room to the presidential suite, which was a very good gesture from them. They were all very eager to help us with tours and anything that we needed, even beach towels. The staff that met us at the airport even took us to d'mall to show us where we can eat, surf the internet, and shop.

The worst hotel I ever stayed Guest Rating: 5

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. The location is just okay, but you have to walk a long way to arrive the lobby with all of your belongs. So many mosquitos in the room, while the hotel did nothing to keep them from you. They don't provide tooth brush, you have to pay for them, no slippers as well. After they made up the room, the facial towels disappeared and never back. The used cups remained dirty and no replacement. The check out day, it is quite rush to catch the earliest flight. I called to order the breakfast and the tutu by 5:30 and make sure the receptionist to know all the details and points. But unfortunately, I passed through the restaurant and confirmed with the staff regarding my packing breakfast at 5:20. They promised me to send them to lobby. After I arrived the lobby, the restaurant staff told me it is ready there. But the receptionist gave them to the other guest who checked out later them us. I asked where ours are. The receptionist just kept on saying it is on the way. That time is alreay 5:35. After my request, she had to call the restauraut. Actually, restauraut just started to prepare them. The receptionist even didn't say sorry to us. When the breakfast was ready, we found the tutu called for us took by the mentioned the other guest. I have to asked the doormen to call for another one. The whole experience staying there is really really terrible. In boracay, even the room is not good, the service always good, but seraph not. Sincerely not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel unless you can accept such terrible service.

Hotel Feature Tip : Better prepare mosquitos preventing cream

3 swimming pools to choose from and The biggest pools on the island. 1 min away from the beach. Although its close to the beach its very nice and quiet at night in case your tired and just want to rest.

No wifi in the rooms.. You had to go to a certain area just to access wifi.

Seraph Hotel is a great hotel to stay in. I had a very good experience with them. The staff is nice and professional. There is complimentary breakfast buffet every morning that you stay there. Buffet ranges from your traditional bacon and eggs to some filipino foods, Although it sounds good it actually wasn't quite that good.. YOu can find better foods that you might better off enjoy beach side. Lots of bar and grills right on the sand. just 1 minute walk through a hallway and your already there. The room is really comfortable.. Soft relaxing beds. A TV with cable and some movie channels.. A small fridge and lots of lighting to accomodate your style of brightness.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Lots of people will offer you a price for water sports such as jet skiing, kayaking, etc or even ATV. Just because the price is far cheaper than in the United States you shouldn't jump on it that quick.. You can walk around and some other people will give it to you for cheaper or you can bargain.. There are lots of sellers and philippines is all about bargaining.
