Facilities, staff/service, location, location, location.
As far the hotel and people, nothing. I just hope they can settle the land ownership with the government. Shame on you Philippine government!
Great location - away from the Mall/station 2 - but still very accessible to the beach - at the far end of station 1. Great place to relax after any activities. You can also do a little hike at the back and see a great ocean view. Breakfast is served anywhere you like - we had ours almost everyday by the pool - always delicious and w/ freshly brewed coffee and fruits! The staff were nice and very helpful. They even brought us by the pier at 4:30 am, gratis, to catch our ferry for Catiklan. The pool is a welcome respite from the beach. If ever I go back to Boracay, will not hesitate staying here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Boracay is more than the beach in stations 1 to 3. Explore the other beaches.
At the hotel, go up the hill and you will be rewarded with a great view. Walk along the beach on your right - less crowd and nice view. Instead of taking tricycles to go to the mall or station 2, walk along the beach - great exercise and view.

Clean rooms, excellent airconditioners and ceiling fans, nice large shower, comfortable bed, close to beach
If you really want to enjoy your time on Boracay, stay here. You will not go wrong. The pool is excellent, close to beach, close to trikes, away from nuisence street peddlars, great food, great free breakfast. The staff is so nice. free internet wifi. Nice areas to sit and enjoy the breeze . Trust me, I will guarentee you will have great time here and when your vacation is over you will leave knowing you had the best and already planning your next visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : tricycle ride is 10 mins to prime area of Boracay shopping and restaurants area and cost 75 piso. I walked once and its a great walk to D Mall area, like 25 mins walk on beach.

quality, room, cleanliness, food, everything!!!
This is a great place, maybe even the best place to stay in the entire Philippines, I am not kidding. The staff/hotel workers are the nicest people you will meet. Its close enough to everything especially if you enjoy a nice walk on the beach to go to the heart of White beach business district like D Mall, etc etc.. Actually your better off not staying in that area because the street vendors are horrible and harass you to death. The Hotel is not right on the beach but its like 3 mins walk away. There is a trike area just as u reach the beach so if you dont feel like walking down to D Mall area etc etc, you can get a ride there for like 50 to 100 peso depending on where you go. The Hotel breakfast is really nice and dinner too. Dinner was very reasonable price and excellent quality. The room is nice and clean, airconditioner and ceiling fan froze me out. I had to put a/c unit on low most times. Anyway, anybody who wants to enjoy themselves on Boracay without all the hassles must stay here, its that simple.
